I always stay here whenever I come to Toronto. Great friendly place with all the amenities of a small town downstairs.Comfortable beds and a great view.

This hotel is in such a convenient location. I like the hotel very much but the staff are rude and not helpful. They are not trained well enough to provide a good customer service! I was told wrong information 4 times. And they didn't even do anything to help. All they said was sorry can't help you! They were going to charge us $350 for 3 hours early check in! They said you would pay half of nightly rate! You serious, you charge $700 for one night and I told them my entire stay was for $350. The manager was worst!

Housekeeping tried to come in the room (twice) before check out even with the do not disturb sign up. The 1st time they actually opened the door (luckily I had the extra latch closed) Then when they came back the 2nd time they asked me through the door if I was checking out today. When I said yes they asked what time. Check out wasn’t for another hour!

Suite was apparently a converted apartment. Not enough plugs, no charger outlets, lamp on only one side of bed, no dishes or cutlery in kitchen. Available for extra charge. Clean. Breakfast ok.

I have stayed in cheaper hotels that looked much better and at least I could get Youtube or Netflix. Overpriced and the TV was old and not a lot of options. If you have visitors, the parking isn't free, they have to pay $15. I wouldn't stay there. The only positive thing is the location, as it is closer to a lot of places.

I very much enjoyed the extra floor space in the room, not cramped at all. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The parking was convenient at no additional cost. There was a bar fridge, kitchen sink, microwave in the room. Areas for improvement - there were no utensils or anything else in the kitchen but a Keurig and some pods. No luggage holder to put your suitcase on. Breakfast was just ok, good selection. I'd stay here again.
