The hotel housekeeping staff do not clean your rooms. I had to go to front desk twice to ask for my room to be cleaned!! Then the bed pillow had dried blood on it! The manager was not helpful and the staff didnt care about me complaining about the services!!!

Very good mid level property. Modern, not elegant. Located on several floors of an office building. Good breakfast. Note - it sounds as if a rail yard is near the building. No issue if you are a medium to heavy sleeper, but a light sleeper would have issues.

Property was near to local transport. Suite was large with a kitchen and separate bedroom Washing machine and tumble drier available There wasn’t a single piece of crockery or any utensils these had to be “hired” which we have never come across before. There was a balcony but no furniture Whilst the suit was good the above would have made it excellent

The hotel is unacceptable. The ratings that you give. It are highly overrated Tri getting a hold of you no way to contact anybody very disappointed with hotels.com as well try texting no help with that. My number is 941-914-6914 they gave me a 20% discount and let me off of the three extra days, but it still wasn’t good enough

Pros: Very friendly staff. Excellent views Reasonable rates Full kitchen in room Mostly very clean Cons: Drapes were dirty WiFi reception was not very good windows were dirty on the inside Kitchen had zero utensils, plates etc.

The food was good for a continental breakfast. It wasn’t the typical bagels, muffins and watered down juice, teas and coffee. The room was clean and spacious just like the photos online. We also had a free upgrade from a queen size bed to a king size bed. Outside of the hotel was really nice. There are a lot of shops and eateries inside the mall across the lot. There’s also a supermarket on the bottom level. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit. The price for the hotel was very reasonable you will not be disappointed.

This is a great place to stay if you need to be in this part of town. Rooms are clean and spacious and free parking a big plus. A little far out if you were regularly going to downtown Toronto

Near lots of small restaurants and stores. Across from a little mall + supermarket with a food court. Hotel lobby is on 12th floor of a tall building. Kinda random and signage not visible nor obvious so we had a hard time finding the lobby at first. Wifi was weak in our room. Could barely connect. Breakfast was exactly the same every day. No change whatsoever for 4 days. Our room had a little kitchenette. Nice and convenient to have but no silverware nor dishware. Tried to use the phone to call front desk but it didn't go through. They ended up calling my cell phone so that I could ask for more towels. But they never arrived. We just made due with the small hand towels instead. Not the worst stay, but not the greatest. It was good enough.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. The coffee is very good! The parking is a little tricky and takes a little while to get the hang of it. I recommend this hotel.
