Great stay, clean and convenient

This was a great stay. Nice and big units. I got a unit with a great view, kitchen with a living room and a private bed room. The bathroom was properly stocked. The only thing that could have been better would have been having cutlery and mugs etc but those are Minor details that can be requested from the front desk. Overall great stay and will stay again

Only thing is I think they should add grab bars to all the tubs. I understand they have some suites that do have them, but they should all have them. The tubs are among the deepest I've seen and it's quite a job to step over into it. Without grab bars, they're waiting for a lawsuit

The shower on the second night broke. Either it was too cold or scolding hot. I informed front desk and was told technician has left for the day and they knew what was the root cause. Seems to have been an reoccurring issue they are aware of. The utensils and plates are burning hot during breakfast. The utensils are sanitized which is great but should not be laid out while so hot. My son and I had to wrap a paper towel just to use the fork.

Side walks, front entrance were not cleared of the snow, it was icy a bit unsafe to walk, other than that hotel staff were nice, pretty clean & overall not a bad stay, I also loved the view from my balcony.
