Location and building fine, there is no concierge it is a security desk. The unit had maintenance and cleaning issues. There were deep iron burns in the bedroom carpet they covered with a blanket. The bedframe was wobbly. Chewed gum on the wall and hair in the corners. Stovetop missing a knob. Contacted the company and never got a response. I was only there for 3 days so did not Persue the issue further.

The unit looks nothing like any of the pictures. The bed is very small, it looks like a full size bed, however I was told that I don't know the difference between a king and a queen.

Great place to stay close to lots to do downtown Toronto. Hotel was nice and clean. Bathroom set up is not great with little counter space and bad lighting. Only 1 mirror in the whole place makes it hard for multiple people to get ready. Pull out couch was not comfortable at all! Mattress is very thin and does not stay in place, slides down into the couch while laying on it. Fine place for one night though
