Great location, clean and comfortable beds. Units must be well insulated because we never heard any noise from the hallway or next to us. A few maintenance issues, but the response was fast to get things fixed.

Beautiful place!
Pros: The suite / loft was very beautiful, modern, clean, had basic cookware and appliances, its in a perfectlocation and we had a great view of the CN Tower. Cons: They are regulating the heat for winter in the building right now so its pretty warm in there, our lofts hear wouldn't regulate but it had a sliding door so it cooled it off nicely. other than that, it was great!

It was not clear when i book that it is in very low level in the second floor . They said they upgraded us up to 2 bedrooms (this without asking us if we accept it or no!)but we dont like it because what we choose one better and nicer than this but this one has only small bed room with dining room inside it bed and also it is old apartment with one of the bed sheet dirty with red or pink color not clear for me and many scratches every where i take photos for them. We are not happy with it

Late check-in (4pm) is inconvenient and they charge you another $30 if you want to check-in "early", eg 3pm. Zero flexibility on this, impossible to talk to anyone and nowhere to leave your bags. Room was fine but no frills. Location good - easy for station, CN Tower and waterfront area.
