Not clean at all, difficult communication with lobby. Weird smells coming from different parts of the apartment. Neighbors slamming doors and making noise throughout the entire night. Construction going on all the time. All in all kind of a non relaxing experience.

Far too many steps required (multiple credit card validations, upload my drivers license, keys in a different location, paying for parking and early check were separate billing from room cost), and ended up costing as much (maybe a bit more) than hotel options downtown. The kicker was the fact that there was no water available on Jan. 14. Unacceptable, I won't rebook

Property was modern, very clean and secure. Kitchen had several appliances, but few dishes. Online booking sent several emails about getting checked in as the property doesn’t have a true front desk, just a pick up/drop off person. Property asks you to take trash to a disposal room and send it down a machine controlled chute, which did not work.

This was a great location for us as it was very close to everything near the CN Tower we were doing. Check-in was seamless and the suite was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely book again.

This place is absolutely incredible. I made a last-minute trip to Toronto to surprise my best friend, and though I wasn’t originally a fan of the city, this trip has completely changed my mind! While I rented a room for a few days, I don't think Life Suites considers itself a hotel—and the room certainly reflects that. It feels more like a home than a standard hotel room. The space is fully furnished with all the amenities you could need, including a complete kitchen stocked with utensils, plates, pots, and more. The building also offers fantastic features like a full gym, a jacuzzi room, and several other impressive facilities on the recreational floor. The location was perfect, with transit stations just minutes away. I didn’t have time to explore as much I as liked, but on my final night, I discovered a grocery store and an LCBO just across the way—super convenient for any last-minute needs. The en-suite washer and dryer were a great addition, though I forgot to pack detergent. Thankfully, customer service was incredibly helpful and brought some over later that day. Staying here reminded me how much I value taking care of my own space. Rent is expensive, so a lot of us live with roommates, but this stay made me realize how nice it is to not clean up after others! I truly lucked out finding this gem—especially for a New Year's trip! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town, hopefully during the summer. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

It was perfect. Great view of the tower, which is beautiful at night. Our door key fob gave us issues at the lobby door but we manged. Just takes a few taps extra in the right spot I hope to stay here again and highly recommend. :)
