Positive -great location. By the Go bus off 404 and many amenities Negative- Bed hard, Coffee not good (flavored) and only brown sugar serve. breakfast was average Hot tub in middle of pool n slide so not relaxing In foot traffic area Hotel staff did not stop kids from running thru guests on n off elevator till told Hotel staff did not enforce 10 pm quiet time I was woken many times. Kids running all thru hotel jumping in pool and hot tub.

The hotel seems pretty new I love the EV car charger, the staff were nice , breakfast is just Ok, the room was very clean, the sink in washroom was blocked I asked to have a look we came back at night it was even worst I called they told they didn’t have the part even I told them at 4 pm , they told I have no other option other than wait, in the morning finally Bryce upgraded our room. So Meaning if I hadn’t tried my self They wouldn’t even follow up.
