Hotel with inviting and relaxing appearance
I was very disappointed that they had special rate for regular stay over guest, but was not told about this, let alone offered. Even though I asked them, and later found out that what they told me was inaccurate. As it relates to rate I believe I was charged same or more, that other customers who was on a shorter time than me, and could very well charge me more than guests who stated equal time. so I had to discontinue booking directly with them. Also, front desk see you at least twice a day for about 2months, yet they kept asking you what’s your room number - after sometime I I think they should know their regular guest and room numbers- I believe this was very impersonal, showing no respect welcoming you or Also, What I have noticed about the front desk workers, most of them refused to say good morning or gd night, if you acknowledge them. Surprisingly, one morning I said hi to one if them and she responded by saying how are you- this was amazing!!!! business. Of note, is that there is one gentleman who kept acknowledging guests. Which I think was normal and quiet good. Also, I had a very very stressful time getting my room done properly and at a reasonably time by certain individuals. Others, did their job expected - which I highly appreciated, and mentioned to management.

Please fix your washroom sink
Washroom sink was blocked and the dirty water was in the sink all night. also, we asked for a complimentary water bottle or cutlery. The manager did not provide both and said “restaurant is there” which was very rude. We have stayed in monte carlo before the one at dundas st but did not receive such terrible customer service. They helped us even deliver it to our room.

Do not go to this hotel, so manny issues. First the room did not have water bottles or coffee cups. No classes or wine glasses. When I asked for two glasses to be sent to my room I was told to come and get them myself. Breakfast includes was just toast and jam. I had to ask for more coffee to to filled and the orange juice. I could have paid for a Breakfast with eggs and bacon but that was on extra charge. I would not recommend this to anyone .
