Not worth it!

Booked the jacuzzi suite and did even get to use it bc it was dirty. The bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling. Cigarette burns all over. Not what I paid for at all!

Breakfast should have more variety of items and a water dispenser would be nice to have in the lobby! Internet was not working in the lobby due to the hotel restrictions which I have not heard personally before. It only works in the room!

Hotel is very old, it’s in a very unsafe area of Mississauga where I felt I couldn’t leave my hotel room, there’s nothing close by to go to during the day, I didn’t have maids come by to clean my room one time all week even tho I kept the sign on the door all week saying that I needed them to make up the room so I had to constantly reuse the same towels. There was lots of damage to the hotel room as well. Microwave was full of melted food so couldn’t use it. Multiple outlets in the room didn’t work. Was not as nice of an area as the photos when booking made it seem like.

We couldn’t sleep all of the nights we stayed because the toilet in our room was making extremely loud noises all day and throughout the night. When I asked to have our room changed we were denied and not respectfully it was just a hard “no come back tomorrow and ask.” After this uncomfortable situation we decided not to approach the staff at the reception desk. Overall the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were delightful. I wouldn’t stay there again.
