Everything was good. Polite staff, the room is always nicely cleaned. I took off one star for the breakfasts, they do not include eggs, Breakfast of bread and sugar is not useful.

Smelly room

The room we had smelt terrible, like someo e was sick in the room. The hotel was not able to change our room as they said they were full. Cleanliness was mediocre.

Enjoyed my stay

Really big and looks very nice. The rooms were great and clean aside from a really sour smell coming from the mini fridge. We were across from room 609 so im thinking out room was 610. The ceiling in the lobby needs to be fixed too. It makes it look slummy. I was happy with my stay though..very clean and cool

My stay was okay- for the price it wasn’t that good, and the room wasn’t the most clean. I don’t think I would get the jet tub again either but it didn’t look very clean. Kinda disappointed in the stay and the amount it was.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights and had a very unpleasant experience. The staff was unfriendly, the room was dirty, and the breakfast we ordered had to wait more than an hour. I don't recommend this hotel.

AVOID.

Very disappointing experience. The images on Hotels.com website show when it was new. This hotel was completely worn out, run down and had mould in the bathroom. Manager was informed, who said the images on Hitel.com are old ie when the hotel was new. The service was very poor, was told they would move me to a cleaner room. After 4 days I was moved , even though next day I was to leave. I will be requesting a refund.
