I appreciated the polite and warm attitude of the hotel staff. The room itself was nice, but I did notice a few small insects in the toilet at night, which raised concerns about cleanliness. However, the room and other areas of the hotel were generally clean. The property appeared a bit older but seemed to have been refurbished. Additionally, the lift was out of service on Saturday morning but was repaired within a few hours. The Continental breakfast buffet was good. Overall, I was moderately satisfied with my stay.
