Stayed for two nights, quiet. Bfast was small and had an $8 upgrade that we did not use. Room was very large with seperate couch/bed and second TV. Shower and small sink in one area and larger vanity in seperate area was great for both of us to get ready at same time. Fridge was good. Free parking and walking distance to many shopping options.

I deeply regret choosing this hotel. Save yourself the frustration and spend a few hundred dollars more to stay somewhere decent. The staff were rude and downright unhelpful, even when asked basic questions like why bottled water isn’t provided for guests. Two vending machines were broken, and the only water available was a cheap lobby dispenser with flimsy cone cups that fell apart after two sips. The breakfast was awful, and the rooms were extremely outdated. The doors were so thin you could hear every conversation, steps, and door slams in the hallway, making it impossible to relax. Transportation was a nightmare. The nearest bus stop is a 10-minute walk in the heat, and you still have to take a train to reach downtown. There’s no shuttle or any help from the hotel to make this easier. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Poor service, terrible amenities, and staff who clearly don’t care about guests. Management should be ashamed of the condition of this place and the way guests are treated. I strongly advise against staying here.

Not so good experience staying at this place. I wonder how Expedia selects the hotels and advertise them on their website. This so called hotel has a terrible customer service. The front desk staff doesn’t even know what the customer service is. Especially at check in when the front desk agent was signing me in he started to chat with some entitled person who simply jumped in by cutting the line during check in process. I was not even able to ask some basic questions. Front desk person simply threw the keys at me and kept talking to the entitled person. I booked this place for 2 nights. First night was somewhat clean but the next night they did not even touched anything and simply swapped towels even though it was per night rent and the second night was even more expensive. When I complained about it at front desk he assured me that they will do something about it and let me know, but as expected worst customer service he did not left any feedback or comments on my complaint at the time when I was checking out. This hotel is a terrible place to stay. There is no greetings and all the employees working there has very spot expressionless faces all the time. This building feels like 18th century all stained. Bath tubs feels like it was plugged for several years and they just fixed it leaving there dark stains. Toilets are very old and so tiny feels like for babies. I would never ever go there again and will definitely let my friends circle never use Monte Carlo Inn.

When I arrived the staff were rude and barely looked up to welcome me - there was nothing in the self-serve machines, no snacks, no drinks, they were empty - I had to go across the street to another hotel to collect some items. I asked for a small bottle of water, and all they offered was a tiny dixie cup to draw water from a container. awful.
