No water in the rooms. As usual. I booked the room for my sister and during checkin, I was there but before checkout, I left for windsor due to important business meeting. Then later my sister was checking out when they denied 300$ deposit saying that person is not present, I even called them on the spot and presented picture of my license the staff kept on blabbering about policy and stating they informed me beforehand, which they never did. So much inconvenience caused I will have to personally go back to markham which is 4:30 drive from where I am. Let's see what else they will do when I arrive there. Also room was average compared to expensive cost. Go for airbnb and rent a whole floor or apartment for the same cost. Nothing, nothing justifies cost.

The location is great and the room was nice and clean. Great view from the window. The soundproofing was sort of bad. I could hear people next door talking and their kid crying at night. I stayed for a couple of days and different people moved in, so I believe it's not about the people but the room. In general, it was a lovely stay. The front desk were very helpful too!

The room was as advertised. Jacuzzi, decent bed for comfort. Lucky I brought a comfy pillow as the pillows weren't good for the neck. The lobby is old, the red seats are at least 40 years old fading and stained.. You'd think a luxury hotel would upgrade the apolstry in the lobby. The breakfast was lacking. No eggs, no bacon or sausage, they were charging $8 for this. Only juice and bread, cereals for breakfast. The coffee was garbage. Overall, these are all minor cosmetics. We enjoyed the room and that's all that matters. The jets in the jacuzzi are in the wrong spots, they don't actually get your back or lower back and they are on the sides which makes no sense, but I loved soaking in the hot water watching a movie.

Never ever will any of our group of 14 people stay there again. Its unanimous. Housekeeping is great, fron desk is great, restaurant is absolutely terrible. Example- my wife went to adk for a cup of hot water around 915 pm she was told to go stand outside and wait, worse continental breakfast we have ever had. Ran out of coffee, firgot to place 2 of our food orders.just a rotten place overall

Rooms were clean and front desk staff very friendly. The pool is very small and just a few people can make it crowded. The staff in the restaurant on site were more interested in chatting to each other than serving customers with the exception of one older gentlman waiter...he was very nice and gave great service.The menu is very limited with no options for children and it is quite pricey for its quality and portion size.
