I needed 2 toothbrushes, and there was none in my room's bathroom. Went to the concierge/check-in desk to ask for two, I was told to go to the vending machine, heck, the vending machine was not even working. The staff had to "charge me" for 2 toothbrushes. Unbelievable; I booked a KING ROOM and you're charging me for 2 toothbrushes?? Put a bad taste. I should NOT have been charged for the 2 two toothbrushes, it should have been complimentary, given your own machine was not even working on top of it, adding to the frustration. Please, I do not need any "coupons" for "next stay" or visit to Monte Carlo to make up for this, it's just that you should not even charge for toothbrushes, it should come complimentary, especially given the fact that I booked a more expensive room and YOUR machine was not working.
