Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent food options from the in house restaurant and many other nearby options. I would definitely recommend booking a room to anyone considering a stay in the GTA.

Facilities very much in need of improvement. Bath tub has no grap bar, slipy. very dangerous. Bathroom floor tiles loose, make noises every time you walk on it. Bed is too close to one side of the wall, the second person has to climb over the first person to get out of bed. Not enough lights for the room. Aircon my working properly.

Clean room tv in sitting area wasn't ideal you had to sit sideways on the couch to watch it so we just sat in the bedroom and watched tv there. Bed was the only thing that was not good it was very uncomfortable and the pillows were just to big and stiff you felt like your head was propped up the whole night. Other then that it was good for our needs while in Toronto

The room was nice. I took the convenient city bus to get around, but if I had been driving, the location works with a car. Pool hours are adequate. There is a shower on the deck. I thought “free breakfast” usually meant full breakfast featuring various hot and cold items. It’s really a free continental breakfast, with an extra charge if you would like eggs, meat, and pancakes. I knocked off one star because of the deception.
