Good Service, Tired Hotel

The hotel is definitely showing its age. The beds were very firm and the room had a damp smell, which was disappointing. It was also a little noisy at times, and we were woken up by someone knocking on our door and running off at 5 am. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent.

Too many sharp corners in the room. Not very safe for toddlers or young children. Breakfast buffet was crowded. Hard to find remote for the air conditioner.

The housekeeping staff was very warm, hardworking, and kind. If only the front desk had the same demeanor with its guests... Breakfast was abysmal, even with the "upgrade". Mattresses were worn and no support. Staff would prop security exit-only doors open with rocks to make things quicker, but I'm SURE that's against policy. Minifridge didn't work. TV signal kept going out.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and annoying. We did not sleep well at all. The bfast buffet was very weak. Not a lot to choose from. The juices were watered down and tasteless. The coffee cups are tiny! Plenty of parking. The elevator and hallways are very warm and musty. The shower was great and the bed comfy.

The desk in the room was not clean between uses, water all over the desk with a rose petal still on the desk, found dead and live insects not bed bugs on the bathroom counter by the sink and glasses. Have pictures to prove these allegations.
