The web was on the ceiling, the wall papers were peeling off, the window over the jacuzzi tub and shelves in the washroom were Installed crooked, yet the staff was willing to help, a cleaning lady, Ludmilla, was kind, and the parking lot was spacious.

It was a nice experience, I got the king bed with jetted tub combo and it was beautiful, the only downside to this experience was that the remote to turn off the air conditioner wasn’t working and I was unable to turn on the jets in the tub because nothing was labeled so I found myself pushing buttons that did nothing and trying to twist knobs that also did nothing. Due to the fact I was already prepared for the bath I just looked past the inconvenience.

The property itself is very nice! The only problem i had was housekeeping. I have worked at a hotel before and no way we would use the same bedsheets someone else used before, and we would make sure there are no garbages left in the room. We checked in and the bed smelled like someone was laying on a specific spot on the bed. And there were bottles left in the room especially behind the tv. But anyway the person who checked me in was really nice. The hotel is beautiful. But cleanliness needs to improve. Guests cannot sleep on beds that other guests already used.

Bad Experience At Monte Carlo Inn Toronto-Markham
Booked the room for my daughter and her two friends for the weekend. Check in on Friday was fine and things appeared OK at first. However, it soon became apparent that the room was not cleaned between guests and that the bedding was not changed either after last guests! There was garbage under the bed and hair & stains on the sheets!! Complained to the manager and they apologized and said that they would do a deep cleaning but they did not do this. Offered my daughter 5% off of a 3-day room charge as if this makes up for the gross experience!

The fountain outside is very nice and good to take pictures as a background. The continental breakfast and set up was nice. Staff were friendly. Is the Monte Carlo time on the clock in the lobby supposed to be 6:30 all the time?

I recently stayed at the Monte Carlo Inn, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked into my room, I was met with a strong sense of disappointment. The room was filthy—there were ants crawling all over the floor, and I was horrified to find spiders lurking in the washroom. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were not only stained but also had more creepy crawlies than I could count. I couldn't believe I was expected to sleep in such unsanitary conditions. I immediately contacted the front desk, but the staff was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and your sanity—look elsewhere for a place to stay!
