First night room had the worst mattress we have ever slept on--it was too late to ask to switch that night but the staff was very cooperative in letting us choose another room the next day. Second night was fine except for false fire alarm at 3 am -might have nice if we had speaker announcement on we were to do at the time. took sometime for the Front desk to answer. Overall, very happy with the place and particularly the included breakfast

Not so good my room smelled of thick cigarette smoke and it was terrible for I don’t smoke and all my belongings smelled of cigarette smoke after There was also an oxidizer left on the dresser that had to stay there all night to help with the smell Overall disappointed

Rooms are really small, shower had mold and drywal falling off walls. Smelled awful. Felt unsafe with the sketchy people hanging around in the parking lot of the hitel and in the next door property

My granddaughter received several bites (may have been spiders but I unsure) during the night to which the area swell up with the largest being on her elbow. I contracted Monte Carlo and have not received a reply, email sent 3 days ago. The deadbolt did not work, we used chairs to ensure safety. Expensive Asian type food on the same block, will need to drive for food selection. Small breakfast area unmonitored; approx. 3 people can comfortably fit in space to prepare food. Guests made mess but no staff cleaned for the rotation of guests. I do but reconvene this Monte Carlo location.

Literally a pain in the neck!
BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW!! I have stayed here multiple times as it is located perfectly for our work/social trips. They must have changed the pillows between April and July. Our first night sleep was miserable, like sleeping on one of the cheap wally world pillows. Next day I bought 2 pillows for Costco and a bottle of Advil for my necks. On top of a bad sleep add a loud AC that only worked half the time and people chain smoking on the partially open aired walkways seeping in causing the stink to seep in through the poorly sealed doors, I will be moving down the road to another hotel next time. Amazing water pressure though!
