The lady at reception (Michelle) was very helpful, knowledgeable and great at multitasking. Parking and breakfast were complimentary and the location was ideal. Highly recommended.

Overall we had a wonderful stay here. Couple of minor issues: our shower drain drained incredibly slowly. And when we arrived, there was garbage left beside one of the bedside tables and the floor in the bathroom hadn't been swept (there was hair on the floor). Also, parking was a little cramped. One night after coming back from being out for the day, there was no parking whatsoever. We were told to park in the plaza adjacent to the property. There should be enough parking for those staying at the property ON the property. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay overall. Quiet, quick; perfect for our short stay.

Room was fine with a long bed after being renovated… Area is rough. And kept up all night on my first night there by fighting patrons. Not much done by stuff to rectify after complaining. Need to take control of your hotel!
