You get what you pay for, cheaper hotel so it is lacking in some areas. The wifi would not connect to any of our devices, which was quite irritating. Breakfast is lacking. Pillows are small squares instead of a standard size. What threw us off the most was what we found as we were doing a final sweep of the room before checkout; another (previous guest’s) AirPods in the nightstand drawer. If housekeeping did not open a drawer while cleaning between stays, I do wonder how well they are cleaning the place.

Breakfast was late and we were n a rush as had appointment. Beds were very old and uncomfortable. Furniture clean but scratched. The heating ventilation and air conditioning system did not work at first. They came and Re plugged it. Then fan was loud all night. Electrical outlet in bathroom was sparking. Room was clean.

Awful WiFi and a dated hotel. It's 40 minutes from Toronto centre. I moved to a serviced apartment in the centre with a rooftop pool that was around 30% less than the Montecasino. Wouldn't likely return. Breakfast has paper plates and plastic cutlery that was too thin to manage to butter bread properly.

NOTHING in my room was clean. BUGS IN THE BED. OTHER PEOPLES STUFF in my fridge. OLD CRUMBS AND FOOD in the couch. Worst stay of my life. I could not ever go back there. No refund offered despite the fact that they provided me with a stay which DID NOT meet health and safety requirements. Surrounding area made me feel unsafe even for Toronto. Even during daylight. Horrible customer service. This place should be shut down

Don't be fooled like me.

Office building turned into faux hotel. Online pictures are not an honest depiction of this facility. Do not stay here. No real dining area for continental breakfast. If you believe toast and milk qualifies as a continental breakfast, then you will happy because that is basically what you get. If you think you will have a place to park, think again. Parking spots are not guaranteed. You may be asked to park off property, running the risk of being towed or you can wait until 2 AM for a spot to open up after the domestic disturbance ridden event they held at their facility clears. You have been warned. Don't walk, but run from this place.
