Hidden Gem
When we walked in it was fanicer than we expected. Everyone was amazing. Someone was always there when you need them. The room was very comfortable and the party lights in the ceiling were a great touch. Check in was fast and my husband was able to get a late check out. The patio was comfortable and the view was incredible. It was also a weddings venue, their wedding sites were super unique.

The food is amazing. The complimentary morning breakfast was the best ever. The room was outstanding and the bed was very comfortable. The marble floors just outside and within the elevator were quite slippery with the slightest bit of moisture.

Incredible Resort!
Right from driving up the driveway to the resort it’s absolutely breathtaking. I stayed in the princess suite and I literally felt like a princess. The staff is extremely friendly and polite and always willing to assist. The pillows are extremely comfortable as are the beds. My room had its own air conditioning adjustment and heat adjustment which I absolutely loved. I will be coming back again and I can’t wait for the rest of the construction to be finished. I can’t wait to come back next summer!

Good attempt at a luxury hotel - carpet leading to the room was dirty and stained. Room was comfy but the table was sticky. Bathroom shower floors need a good scrub. There was No light in the elevator other than a flash light they provided. Food was average and over priced. At breakfast this morning, I could hear kitchen staff yelling and screaming dropping F-bombs. I won’t return ,

I love how secluded the property was giving that getaway feel. Its small but intimate, the staff are ALWAYS smiling, courteous and attentive. Kristen, at front desk is just the sweetest, I even received a call this morning to ensure I had breakfast which was greatly appreciated. Angelique, at their restaurant was phenomenal with her suggestions and just the perfect hostess. She checked in just enough and made me feel as though I was the only one there. Lastly, Nigel the manager responded promptly to a concern I had with my room specifically a crack in the window and was extremely generous with his compensation in taking accountability for the matter. Other than that the room was beautiful, tastefully decorated with just the right amount of class and elegance (giving that Homesense feel), the grounds both inside and out are breathtaking. I cant wait to return and take advantage of the views and beautiful patio. It was freezing the night of my stay and raining the next morning so I definitely need a redo I will return in a couple of weeks when the weather is much warmer. One of the staff the night before whom I wish I got his name brought me out some blankets last night to keep me warm while I was out there like how cute. My only recommendation is to have more tower heaters throughout the patio and n at night and day if need should guest opt to be on the patio but want to be comfortable during the day and night. Other than that it was EXACTLY what I needed and perfect!

Overall a good resort to stay, one of the better ones in the GTA. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only compliant is that I was not a fan of the bathroom being open. There was no shower curtain or glass to avoid having water splash all over the bathroom. In addition, there is no barrier (door, walls, curtain etc) between the toilet and the rest of the washroom, which makes it awkward when your doing your business in front of your partner.

Our Stay. Luxury?
The view from our room was minimal. The personal care products were not up to par for a Luxury Resort. We had diner at the restaurant that was good but the asparagus side which was an added cost was a four wilted sprigs was not expected especially when it is in season in the province.

Riley at the front desk and our restaurant waiter took exceptional care of us and made us feel special during our stay. The hotel, courtyard, restaurant, and rooms were beautiful. Our queen princess room had a comfortable bed but only one chair at the table when there was ample room for another chair or small sofa in the room. The soaking tub was a perfect way to relax. Some of the finishes in the bathroom weren’t done well but overall it looked nice.
