The Novotel Toronto Centre was an excellent choice for us visiting downtown Toronto. Its location is unbeatable, with major landmarks like Union Station, St. Lawrence Market, and the CN Tower just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful features like rainfall showers. The staff are friendly, service is very consistent.The hotel offers great value and a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers.

Conveniently close to transit , including taking airport train directly to nearby the hotel. Loys of cafes inside train station close by. Service by restaurant staff was very good but by other staff just in the average . Bathroom was over due for some repairs .
