My fiancé and I spent two nights at the Novotel hotel. At the beginning there was a mishap with our room where we were sent to a room that was already occupied and were unable to get in. We only knew there were people in there because the people came to lock the door (understandable). Because of that, we were offered an upgraded room. The room was clean and comfortable. I am a bit picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness and this room passed my expectations. My fiancé and I both agree that we would go back to the Novotel again.

Excellent value and all around wonderful, helpful attentive staff. Very happy with our stay there, close to transit subway and streetcars and the buffet breakfast was high quality and had lots of healthy options. St. Lawrence market was also a 4 minutes walk away and had lots of dining options and a cute holiday market.
