I like our stay in Novotel. We were able to do an early check-in and able to store our luggage by the front desk after check-out. The staff are approachable. The hotel smells good and clean.

Enjoyed our stay at the Novotel. Only a couple of things would have made it excellent. No housekeeping on Thursday even though we were out. And would have preferred still water in the room rather than sparkling. Overall though it was a very good stay and we thought the location was convenient and staff friendly.

Good value for the money in an otherwise very expensive part of downtown Toronto. Easy walking distance to all the major haunts including CN Tower, Skydome, Union Station, Hockey Hall of Fame, etc. Set on a quieter street just south of Front Street so the area didn't feel as congested or chaotic despite being in the heart of things. The room was basic with no view other than a parkade...but it was a decent size and with a reasonably comfortable mattress, excellent pillows, large TV, and a good sized shower. The shower was showing its age a bit with hints of dark grout in the corners, and the mattress had a couple of lumps that likely would have bothered me on a longer term stay, but nothing overly concerning for a quick one-night stay for a conference. Check in was fast and easy and the staff very all very friendly. Bottom line, I would definitely stay here again if I were looking to do the heart of downtown for a safe, comfortable room that doesn't break the bank.

This hotel was a great experience! The location is wonderful, easily walkable to many major attractions. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is very clean. The house keeping goes beyond and organized our toiletries and folded a pair of Panama’s pants I had left in the bed while we were out for the day. The restaurant inside is delicious the wait staff are very friendly. I had accidentally left my lip gloss and when I returned for breakfast my waiter from the day prior personally returned it. The pool and pool deck are also clean and well maintained. Definitely would stay here again!
