Property is nice, clean and very close to subway. Rooms were comfortable and the Nespresso is a nice touch. Cable signal for TV wasn’t great with most channels freezing, but that’s a minor thing. Will stay here again.

Was in the perfect spot for our trip, near several restaurants and shops! Only complaint was the size of rooms, definitely perfect size for solo travelers but can be cramped with more people and luggage

The coffee maker was awful. Also the walls are very thin— I could hear the person next door sneezing through the bathroom vent. Also would ask a fan gets installed in the bathroom with an actual door that doesn’t have sheer windows in it — the bathroom doesn’t even locking door. I also would complain about the bathroom light that constantly flickered. For 400$ a night— I’d expect these things to be part of the room. We chose the hotel for its location and access to transit.

I booked a preferred king on a higher floor. They gave me a room with two double beds on a lower floor. It was 11:30 at night and it didn’t bother me so I took the room they gave be. However, I have not had this experience before with a prepaid Expedia booking where they didn’t give me the room type I had reserved and paid for.

Shampoo and body wash as well as conditioner unrefilled. Called front desk twice to have it refill.,We are four but only two bath towels reserved. No welcome bottled drink. Online check in not working even advance email encouraged me to do it which I did but when I went to the front desk, the lady told she will still do it manually as online check in was dishonored.

Food selection was inadequate! No food available in afternoon. Dinner choices very limited. Breakfast disappointing. Oatmeal was sweet, cold cereals were sweet and had to ask for whole milk. No bellhops, no or inadequate instructions on how to use the telephone. Couldn't find instructions. Front desk helpful and fresh fruit and small waffles at breakfast good
