It is very unlikely that I would return to this property. The staff at front desk, at the bar in the evening and at breakfast are simply not interested in listening to provide solutions to simple problems. This is not a customer-first hotel. If you have any concerns they will fall on deaf ears.

im picky whenever i stay at a hotel especiallu about cleanliness.the hotel general areas were clean, the room itself was clean, there were a few details that i noticed but again its just how i like things. there was a very strong scent in the lobby, it wasnt bad just very strongand it bothered me some but you couldnt smell it in the rooms. we stayed for 2 nighs but i will say i was woken up by a garbage pickup at 7am on sat and sunday. also saturday night the people in the room beside us were being so noisy but i called the front desk as it was almost midnight and they took care of it. my kids enjoyed the pool. we enjoyed how close restaurants and shopping were.i would definitely stay here again.

Only issue I had was unfortunate because it repeated the entire stay. The hotel has a quiet policy from 10PM, however on my floor we had multiple people running up and down the hallways and being very loud. This unfortunately occurred every night and past midnight one night. My trip was a proffesional working trip where I would appreciate getting some sleep.

We had a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot! We were able to walk to Vaughn Mills Mall. Only downside is that there wasn't a sidewalk or crosswalk so had to maneuver that. The free parking was such a bonus! The bar/restaurant was really delicious and affordable. Staff were wonderful. The room was really nice and spacious.
