I stay at this location a few times a year to visit with family. It’s comfortable and the location is convenient. Staff in the bar and restaurant are excellent. The front desk could learn from them since most of the front desk staff are quite robotic. The rooms are large but missing some basic items such as drinking glasses.

The air con needs to be completely revamped. It is horribly noisy. But the odd thing is that even if you shift it to off, it still comes on, loudly. You need to unplug it. It’s old and dated. The should have coffee available in the lobby as most hotels. As well as slippers.

The staff was very friendly, and the property was well kept. I didn’t like the pool at all, but over all the stay was good. I do recommend staying here, and I probably would stay there again. I’ve stay at this hotel brand in another city that’s why I chose this hotel.
