Like the price Bed was good More of a mom and pop style place so if you come with low expectations it will be good. I have seen worse but it is a room to stay without the cost, and is very close to the airport.as well as 9/10 for being clean

The photos of this place are extremely misleading, we had a windowless room which felt like a cupboard-I didn’t even know that was legal and would not have booked had I known this was a possibility-there was a quarter inch gap under our door so no fire saftey rating for that stay, I have stayed at airport hotels before and never had noise like this one, the peep hole on the door was covered with caulk so I couldn’t see who was knocking at our door. I have never felt so unsafe anywhere else. I tried to look for another hotel nearby by but none were available so sucked it up and stayed the night, only thing going for this place was the laminate flooring so less chance of bedbugs and the staff were really nice despite the hole they work in

This is a sketch outfit. First the hotel entrance is one of the doors of a setup mall beside a Subway and shawarma joint. Second they "lost" my reservation until i showed them the hotels.ca app. Third they insisted on a secondary deposit despite paying on a gold card. Fourth, went up to the closet of a room in the weed stinking elevator. After seeing what i was getting for 200, I decided to not stay there. The clerk refunded my room charge but wouldn't release the deposit. I left and walked down the street to the Four Seasons, got a room for less money, no silly deposit, free buffet breakfast, and a 24 hour pool. Yeah four seasons. Boo Nu.

The price was ok but its a basic hotel and a basic room The mattress was soft and lumpy, the TV remote didn’t work and it’s noisy if people are talking in the halls you can hear them clearly in your room They were mysterious stains in the bottom of the tub i believe it might be rust stains or i hope that’s what there were It is ok for a one night stay if your travelling but I would not recommend any longer I guess you get what you pay for

Do not stay!! This place should be shut down. We ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel due to what appeared to be mouse droppings and urine all over the bedding! When we notified the front desk they wouldn’t come look tried giving me bedding to change it myself and refused to refund the room when I refused to sleep in filth!

The property was close enough to the airport which made it ideal for an overnight and early morning flight. My only issue was with the shuttle service communication which could use some work. It should be clearly stated that for Airport pickup, you are NOT to follow signs for the general Hotel Shuttle pickup - since that is the first place people will go (unless they received an explicit message saying not to do so) and then from there they will try to find the pickup point once at the Hotel Shuttle pickup point (as I did). I called for pickup and told the front desk that I was at the general hotel shuttle pickup but did not see the letter and number mentioned in the earlier communication - I told her exactly which letter and number I was at but said I am not sure if it is correct but she said yes it was so I waited. I had my 2 y.o. with me and it took a total of 45 mins to be collected (25 waiting outside in the cold at the wrong place and then 20 at the correct one after I googled where to go and called back for pickup). I then had to take an uber the next morning because I got downstairs at 6.01 am (not an exaggeration) and the shuttle had gone at 6am. Advice to come down 10 mins early would be ideal if the shuttle leaves on the second of the pickup time. It was my first time taking a hotel shuttle so perhaps that is normal, but it certainly was unexpected.

My wife was worried when, other guests came to the lobby looking to change rooms for various reasons. She was ignored at the check in area. The place was not clean with numerous business ventures running out of the lobby. When I arrived, I saw what my wife was talking about, turned and found a room elsewhere.

Finally didnt stay at hotel. There is no way to describe the terrible it is. Dirty, totally unsafe. Even was not possible to take a shower. If you have any kids any age dont even think to stay there
