Room was spotless, quiet, comfortable. The jetted tub was an added bonus. Spa treatments were top notch with Michelle (RMT) and Dee (Venn facial). Front of house staff including Samantha, MaryAnna and Penny in Canto - outstanding. I grew up in hospitality, the daughter of hoteliers, and I would hire MaryAnna in a New York minute.

Loved the beautiful room and pretty grounds. Nice little live seat in the room with a fireplace. Wish we could stay another night! Also very convenient for public transit and Bloor west village is a 15 minute comfortable walk away with lots of dining options. Definitely a nice place to have a couple's weekend.

The staff were very very friendly and we were so surprised at how beautiful the property was! This was our first time staying here and it was such a romantic get away for us. The room was so beautiful and cozy. We had the most romantic night and an amazing sleep! The beds are like sleeping on clouds. I would definitely reccommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury on a budget. 10/10! Our stay was so great we are even considering booking our wedding here! Thank you to the staff at Old Mill!!

Night manager when I checked in was very helpful and made sure we had everything needed. Room was nice size, clean and view beautiful. We booked the buffet next door all you can eat and was so many variety foods and just delicious. Did a girls day and it was a great memory! May come again :)
