Hotel itself was great, very clean, great view and spacious room. The in-room coffee left something to be desired, only one type of a very specific (dark roast) Starbucks roast, which prompted us to find coffee elsewhere. On that note, the Daily Ritual cafe was quite disappointing. We waited a solid 10 minutes at least for two Americanos and two microwaved (already-made) breakfast sandwiches (in order to use our Expedia food/drink voucher) and watched many suits breeze in and out in the meantime, it would likely benefit the cafe to have a dedicated service desk reserved for hotel guests, seeing as it is connected to the hotel lobby, but clearly operates more like (just another) Starbucks.

This place was beautiful, staff were friendly, we had a family emergency half way through our stay and they didn’t hesitate to refund our money for the rest of the stay. Would I stay there again, yes I would. Would I recommend the place, yes I would.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but the airconditioning wasn't the best unless sitting directly in front of it. The nights were very warm with the duvet and poor AC quality.
