I’m really disappointed because the listed distances to nearby landmarks are completely inaccurate. This is the second time I’ve booked a hotel expecting it to be within walking distance of a landmark, only to find out it was much farther away. Very frustrating and misleading

The staff are very outgoing and friendly, thanks to Rachel who helped us navigate to our destination. The hotel is nice and comfortable. The vault feature adds a nice historic touch. Close to everything, would definitely stay there again

The hotel was nice. Downtown hotel but construction very close which caused heavy traffic congestion during entire 4 night stay. Liked, great views from 28th floor, room had microwave, mini fridge stovetop, washer and dryer in room. Didn’t like no towels or water cups in fitness center and 1 floor only with ice machine.

This is such a winderful hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, quiet. Walking distance to everything. Including Union Station and Roger’s Center. We did not need a car during our stay at all! Definitely recommend.
