An excellent hotel. Since it hosts a lot of special events, the place was really hopping when we were there for the weekend, but staff were both numerous and poised. Excellent food at Tellers, which is on-site, as well as many other wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. Also, for sports fans, the Hockey Hall of Fame is right down the street, and Scotiabank Arena is also a short walk away. Overall, a great experience!

I travelled to this hotel during the Toronto marathon so I was expecting major issues, but to my surprise it went very well. The underground parking lot at the hotel was full, but there was another one just around the corner on Bay Street. The cafe in the morning was a lifesaver. You order your food in the cafe and they’ll bring it to the lobby where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast and coffee. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
