One of the more reasonably priced hotels given the standards and prime location. The Expedia VIP perks are also one of the better ones I've seen ($20 food voucher, so you practically get free breakfast) with the occasional complimentary room upgrade. The location is ideal- a brisk 15-20 minute walk to dundas square, and a 10 minute walk to Union station, with access to the subway just around the corner.

The hotel is beautiful. You can feel the history of the building as soon as you enter. Check-in was quick and easy and they upgraded my room which was really nice. My room was on the 33rd floor and had a 180° view of downtown Toronto. The room was clean. The beds were really comfortable as were the pillows, which is unusual for a hotel. My only complaint was parking was inconvenient as it was in a completely different building.

Location was perfect. We stayed in the historic part of the hotel so it’s older and we had to walk a fair distance to our room. This isn’t a complaint just a fact. The tower would be more modern if that is more your taste. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Everything you need is within walking distance.
