They were shooting a movie in the hotel so the elevators were constantly busy and outside of hotel was a gong show.we stayed 4 nights and only had our room cleaned twice.the one time they didn’t even make the bed.food was ok tho at hotel restaurant

A large hotel, centrally located close to the hockey hall of fame. We had a generously sized room - thank you for the Expedia gold upgrade perk! - which was clean and modern. The hotel has a cafe attached where you can buy breakfast and other food through the day.

We've stayed here many times, check in was quick & our room was ready, however i found the bathroom to be sub par, the led on the mirror did not work & the makeup mirror was too far away. We did not like the new toilet paper, which is not on a roll. Also, we had 2 decaf coffee packs & only 1 regular Overall, great stay, quiet & spacious room

The room was dated and kitchen was not stocked for 4 people per reservation. Also had to call front desk as the fridge was not cleaned out, a previous guests food filled the fridge with a strong odor. We requested late check out the night before and were abruptly told to call in the next morning, when we called they only provided 30 minutes. Parking was also very expensive per night and we waited long periods for our car each time. Pros the room was on a high floor so we had a nice view of the city and location was convenient for activities we had.
