We were really excited to say here and the rooms were fantastic. Very clean and updated and a great bed. The temperature control worked well and was nice and quiet. The issues started at 3am when a smoke alarm started going off which was immediately met with a staff member over the speaker saying that it’s a false alarm and the alarm continued going off for another 15 mins. We were already tired out so figured it was just someone drunk pulled the alarm. Then the second alarm a few hours later. Then a third. It was ridiculous. Searched up some reviews and found this isn’t a new problem and as of Oct 28, 2025, I see this is still ongoing. There was no compensation whatsoever. Basically a “sorry about your luck.” We would love to stay there again as this is really a great hotel but this experience and how the staff handled it is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. We will gladly pay a bit more money to stay somewhere where we can have a nights rest without multiple alarms going off through the night.

The hotel was clean. The property gardens and such were not well taken care of. House keeping was excellent, friendly and accommodating. We did not eat in the restaurant or bar.

The room has inadequate lighting. There is no fan in the washroom. A fan would be helpful when showering. There is no mirror at the desk. It would be helpful for makeup application. I have visited this hotel on a few occasions during the past 9 months. Only 2 of the 3 elevators have been in operation on every occasion. It creates unacceptable wait times for the elevators. Guests are frequently complaining about the lengthy wait times for elevators. This maintenance issue needs to be addressed ASAP!
