The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, major roads, and grocery stores. After a long day of appointments and meetings, it felt so good to relax in a big and neat room as what we had.

I had to request additional cups three times before my request was fulfilled. The morning was extremely noisy, making it impossible to rest after a long meeting. While I understand the need to clean vacated rooms, the housekeeping staff was excessively loud, chatting, laughing, slamming toilet lids, and vacuuming. Additionally, I received a call from the front desk at 1 PM asking about my checkout time, even though my checkout was scheduled for the next day.

This is not a 4 star hotel as stated - outdated, bare minimum services, elevators do not work property, long lines at check in, poor problem resolution. The price was. low so it worked for my stay but adjust the expectations
