Elevators are broken and either you have to wait half an hour or use the emergency stairs. Noisy group tourists in 3 of the rooms next to and across from the room. The parking lot is full of restaurant patrons. Taxis are blocking the driveway so couldn’t offload the luggage. You will find lots of complaints regarding the elevator issues. Unheard of Pan Pacific hotel chain experience.

The lobby looks nice but the room is a bit dated and not enough lighting. The room is clean and the service is good. They have signs that they are renovating the rooms. Maybe once that is done, it will be a more comfortable stay.

The main lobby is beautiful and the grounds were nice. The room itself was nice but not as nice as I was expecting. A little outdated but clean. The pool is nothing like I was expecting. It was in very poor condition. There are not gradual steps leading into the pool and only a pool ladder that was loose and unsafe. The edging around the pool was loose and could be lifted off with your bare hand. I had been looking forward to my stay at this hotel for quite a while and was slightly disappointed. There are a lot of renovations being done and I hope the pool is one of them. Needed Drastically!

Nice hotel, big and clean rooms. My shower didnt work but didn’t try it till an hour before checkout. Also one of the elevators was out of service and being on the 16th floor I had to wait literally 15 minutes for an elevator every time I left my room.

Five ply comfort

Elegant gem in North Toronto: quiet neighborhood surrounded by lush trees made the perfect location for this hotel. We spent two nights and had a wonderful stay: extremely comfortable beds; well appointed suites; and lovely little extras. Only issue if I had to find one is the fact one elevator was down.
