Pella greeted us at the front desk when we arrived. We arrived a few hours before the actual check in time. We just wanted to drop our bags and go explore the city. Our room was ready so she let us check in early at no extra charge. She was very welcoming and kind. The hotel lobby was getting busy and she was the only one on the desk but she greeted everyone who came in and told them she would be with them shortly. We were in town for the Taylor Swift show and the hotel was having a contest and was decked out and embracing Taylor mania!!

This hotel is a perfect place to stay if you are going to see a play at the CAA ED Mirvish theatre as it is located next door. This hotel is also within a 5 minute walk to the Eaton centre and Dundas square. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that they have no on-site parking but there was lots of parking garages nearby. We will definitely be staying here again.

For the price, the room was quite outdated. Dirty underwear found under the pull out couch and took greater than 5 hours for staff to come after we called to have the underwear and the room cleaned and extra pillows. Disappointed for such an esteemed hotel.

The woman who checked us in was lovely! I believe her name was Diane - we arrived earlier than anticipated and we were able to check in no problem! The staff also accommodated requests and delivered products/toiletries upon request very quickly! It was easy to request new towels or a room cleaning. The area was great, very walkable with a lot of dining options and easy access to the public transportation. We also liked that the hotel required key card access after certain times - made us feel very safe! Would definitely recommend a stay here!

We stayed here during our recent trip to Toronto for 5 nights. The hotel was in a great location and we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. It is right next to Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre for shopping. We walked to St. Lawrence Market and the CN Tower within 20 minutes. There is a lot of places to eat close by. The hotel staff were lovely and friendly. The check-in and out process was straight forward too. No issues. The hotel room was a fantastic size with a modern bathroom with both a bath and shower. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here during future visits.
