The front desk staff is very nice and helping. But the r facilities are really old and not in good management. The gym is old and most equipments are broken. The pool is dirty and the water is not clear. The bathroom is super old and the complimentary shampoos and soap are poor quality. The price doesn’t reflect its quality

Not the best experience.
Already checked in at 3am, which was 12 hours after check in was available. The room reaked of smoke when the hotel had a strict no smoking policy. Hade to move all my luggage from this end of the hallway room to another one that was on a nother floor which was close to the end of the hallway also. When I asked if the checkout time could be extended a little bit... They said half and hour is all they can do. Just poor experience in general. The hotel is pretty old and run down.
