Checked in for Saturday to Tuesday, no hot water. Spoke to the front desk 3 times about it and they claimed maintenance was coming, no one ever showed. Then spoke to an employee about extending my stay, she said no issues no problem, the next day the front desk is calling down the room phone AT 4PM? Well after checkout .. saying why are you still in the room? This place is a joke.. these people don’t know what’s going on within their own establishment but are so quick to be rude to customer. I recorded the last interaction I had asking for the hot water.. and until I said that, they didn’t care nothing about it

The curtains and the bed sheets were stained, not dirty necessarily but obviously not clean. It was disappointing considering how friendly and kind the workers were. The area was nice.

Faulty Tv not Working.

During my stay on August 31st in Room 241, the TV wasn’t working. I called reception at 8:32 PM, and maintenance came up, checked it, and said he’d be back in 10 minutes. He never returned, and the issue was never fixed. I complained when I checked out and the receptionist said there was no note or complaint

Disappointing

I reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights. Both rooms had clean sheets. The first room had no shampoo in the large bottle attached to the wall of the shower. Unfortunately, my mother did not know this until she had already wet her hair. Also, the shower doors were swinging loose from the track. The second room had a clogged sink and the toilet tank would not stop running. Maintenance claimed they repaired the situation after I reported it. The sink was fixed, the toilet wasn’t. Also, the shower, surprisingly, had a tub style faucet (even though there was no tub as it was a walk in shower) with a knob to pull up to release the water from the shower head above. Ten percent of the water came out from the shower head and ninety percent came out from the tub spout. Finally, the second room had only a partial set of towels and no creamer or sugar for the in-room coffee. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. The coffee at the breakfast bar was actually outstanding. The floor was sticky both mornings. The breakfast room was crowded. It was very difficult to serve yourself as well as to sit comfortably. A very disappointing part of our stay is that despite staying two nights, housekeeping did not come. I was told that they only come every other day. I think the guests deserve to be told that they should make their own bed and hang up all of their towels.

The room was pretty outdated. The hallway carpets needed vacuuming. The doorstop to the bathroom was missing completely and looked terrible. We had to wait for a room when checkin said 3pm. The staff at the front desk greeted us by saying “your room is likely not ready” which we found was kind of rude. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.

Was not a pleasant stay. Upon finding baby cockroaches in the bathroom, we didn't want to finish out our stay. Hotel wanted to go give us a different room, which was somewhat of an upgrade to where we were, but no thanks. Travelocity was more than helpful in resolving the issue for us. Kudos to them.
