The personnel at this facilty was unaccomodating and unreasonable. Their verbal communication on the phone prior to my arrival at the hotel did not align with my experience. This resulted in me scrambling to find another hotel at 3am in the morning because I was refused a room.

I was in need of a place to stay for a last minute trip, luckily this hotel was still available and i got an excellent price for it in comparison to other hotels in the area. While it was far from downtown; it was very easy to travel there due to the free shuttle that was provided (You would then take the UP Express to get downtown.) The shuttle staff were quick to answer the phone, and were very accommodating to early and late night shuttle requests. The front desk staff were very kind when it came to check in, even offering an early check in for my time of arrival. Upon entering my room, it was clean and had no odor; but the hallways and bathroom walls/wallpaper did have clear signs of wear and tear. But this was the only issue that I had encountered during my stay, and was nowhere near a dealbreaker. The breakfast had a variety of scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage, various bakery items that differed in days, as well as a waffle maker. This was more than suitable to get the day started and keep you going for a while. Overall, for a 2-star hotel near the airport, I was treated with 5-star service and I will definitely consider this location when I am in need of a last-minute stay!

So nice to have Kedar as our shuttle driver at pick up at the airport again. Everything was good again. We were upstairs for our overnight stay and it looks a little in need of refreshing. Thick carpet padding made it challenging to roll our suitcases, but we managed. Left too early in the morning for breakfast and they don't offer a packed breakfast like they did last year.

Don't go outside and wait for the shuttle, it won't come. You need to call the hotel and tell them you are there then they send the shuttle. Spend a little more and get a decent hotel. Our room was a disaster.

We only needed the room for a short nights stay. The property was in rough shape, the floors in the main areas weren't clean. Our room was okay, although the scented room deodorizer they used was so strong we had to leave our room door open to air it out for almost an hour because the windows didn't open and there was no other way to air out the room. It was very nice to have a free airport shuttle to and from the airport - which is the main reason we chose this property.
