Wouldnt stay again. Not well kept

Some good but mostly not. The bathroom was dirty and moldy. The shower curtain rod was put on improperly so the shower curtain couldnt be shut and water got everywhere no matter what we did. There were also always things left in the hallways...a filthy mattress was up against a wall the entire time, food on the floor. Doors to maintenance rooms were left open...just a bit skeevy all around. The beds werent comfortable but we managed. People were friendly. Breakfast was good. Water pressure was good.

We checked in for one night after flying into Toronto. It is located near the airport and the shuttle brought us to the airport and back the next day. The front desk staff was excellent. We had dinner delivered to the hotel. Overall, it was a good place to rest after arriving at the airport.

Me and my daughter spent 4 nights there and it’s a very cozy hotel with lots of restaurants in a decent walking distance and the front counter lady didn’t hurt the eyes either.

I chose this hotel for the price, the proximity to the airport, shuttle service and the breakfast. I wasn’t able to use the breakfast service as my flight changed to an earlier one. The shuttle was extremely convenient, However I wasn’t told I had to call and request it (there is a free phone by the arrivals help desk). It was about a 15 min drive from the airport using the shuttle. When I arrived at the hotel, check in was simple, staff were friendly but nobody helped with my 4 suitcase up to the next floor. I had to go back and forth with my 4yr old. The room was just as pictures and the bathroom was extremely clean. Towels & face clothes were provided, aswell as shower gels and soap. The room was also air conditioned, with a tv, fridge and coffee station.
