Housekeeping!!

The beds were great, room was clean though the windows had some serious condensation on them and the ceiling had some old mold on it. Housekeeping also tried to enter the room before the usual checkout time and had we asked for a later checkout as well. Otherwise staff were friendly and the room was clean, beds were comfy too!

Shuttle to hotel was full after a call for pickup, driver said he would be back 20 min .After 40 min l recalled and was told another 30 min to pick up. Totally unacceptable priority should be given by your call. Ended up staying at airport for 4 hours. Never will I use this establishment again.

This is my second stay here in a few weeks. The first time I was pleased. This time it is mostly fine. The shuttle took a little longer for pick up (At least 35 mins.) The room I was first given hadn’t been cleaned. However they gave me a new one quickly. The room is good, but the tub is losing its enamel.

It was my 2nd time staying at this Hotel, even though last time i stayed, i couldn't take a shower due to shower drain being plugged. But I'm willing to give it another try, since i travel a lot & its super close to the Toronto Airport.

I visited on hotel on 16th early morning around 2:00 Am , when i asked employees that there is no spot to park then that guy told me park at fire lane after that i got the ticket to park over there. This is ridiculous
