The hotel was not in good shape. There were stains in the carpets and peeling paint in the bathroom. The mattress was super hard and uncomfortable. The staff seemed friendly with our limited experience with them. The breakfast was not very good. We would not stay here again.

It was okay.

The staff were excellent. They went above and beyond. The room I stayed in had problems with the lights and the doors had peeling paint and the hallways were a little rough with wear. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Room had no running water and the phone didnt even work to call and tell them. The shuttle they said would work for my flight would never have gotten me there on time. Ended up taking a cab.

Good for overnight YYZ layover

The hotel was fine for an overnight layover flying into/out of YYZ. The shower/tub looked rough and the faucet leaked. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The breakfast offered good variety.
