Terrible customer service. Lady name ‘Sabrina’ started accusing my husband for slamming the microwave when all he was doing was warming up the food. After that she started fighting and being abusive and raising voice. Not a kind of service I expected from a customer service oriented business. Not recommended at all

When I arrived they were renovating the room across the hall. I asked 2x if they would be done soon and if I could be moved . I was told no. There was furniture out in the hall in front of my door. I was very tired after a day of travel. Not happy at all

When we arrived the room had a very very strong chemical lemon cleaning scent. It was overpowing for a day. The common area such as the entry has been updated and looks great. The room was outdated and needs better care.
