Got refused early check in even of i booked it 3 daya ahead. Came at 12 instead of 10am. Nothing ready. Group of 7 with 2 elderly and 1 child. Checked after 3pm so had to wait more than 3 hours. Big leak i. The P2. A clogged sink in room. This stay was a nightmare

We love this hotel and usually try to stay here when coming to Toronto for a ball game. The only negative is that we asked if we could stay at the pool an hour longer than our checkout at noon and they said no. We were a bit surprised by this as it was only for an hour. Our flight got delayed so it was just easier to stick around the hotel. Everything else was perfect.

I loved my stay everything was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. But, it was very difficult to get through by car and it was very difficult to find hotel entrance and parking.. This is out of your control but it would be a great idea to email information about this to your guests who have made reservations. Our GPS couldn't help with this either.

Staffs are all very helpful and and accommodating. I asked a favor to borrow a microwave to heat our food since we came late from a concert. They delivered it to our room right away with utensils. Location is great with multiple dining options around. It’s a 5 minute walk to Rodger’s Center, 10 minutes walk to Union Station train that will take you to Pearson International Airport. Thank you Radisson Blue for making our stay in Toronto a great and enjoyable experience.

Perfect area

I think the front desk could have better training and give a little information regarding our stay. We put our bags in storage and received stubs. Later they couldn’t find my bag. It was in another room. As opposed to him panicking and having me panic they should have checked in that first. Otherwise very nice hotel

An issue on arrival meant that the hotel were going to move us to a different hotel. By itself that is not such a bad thing - but the other hotel was the better part of 2 miles away in the city centre. This was my last night in Toronto and I specifically wanted a harbourfront property. With some discussion, the lovely Nabina was able to accommodate us and I am very grateful. The property itself is starting to show some signs of wear and tear, but it is well located on the beautiful harbour front with some lovely lake and city views.
