Hotel staff was really good! Thanks for providing the extended check out time. Really appreciate it. However, the condition of my room was not quite nice. Most of the sockets didn’t work. Washroom lights and exhaust didn’t work. Literally had to use my phone flashlight in the washroom. Condition of this room really need to improve.

the room was nice for the 4 of us. we had a great time the pool is really nice but the hot tob.is really.hot be ready. water must be around 104f. this place seems to host a lots of party. u cant hear anything from.thw room tho. which is excellent. but the outside need a little bit of attention. nothing to dangerous or anything but its just a big contrast with the luxury hotel.

The breakfast price isn’t consistent — different staff members quoted different amounts, and the cost seemed to change depending on what you picked for your meal. In addition, the buffet didn’t offer much variety, with only a limited selection available.

Poor experience with reception

During check in the gentleman at reception was talking to someone else on his phone the whole time in a different language and barely acknowledged me. He continued his conversation and just pointed at me to direct me on what to do. When I got to my room, the TV wasn't working and I the receptionist forgot to give me a wifi code. I called down to tell about the TV not working and he said he'd send someone up. No one ever showed...and I had to go down to the front desk to get the wifi code. Little things, but really didn't make me want to book here again, and I've stayed at this hotel MANY times on business while down in the city

With a late check-in, we had trouble to find parking. The convention centre next to the hotel had an event and all parking spots were taking. We had the chance to encounter ladyboy outside the hotel and also at the lobby. Not very family friendly for a frist impression. The walls of the room were cover of molds. Wallpapers were off at some spots. Carpet was all dirty. We reserved a room for 5 but we had only 2 coffee cups. Lobby had very dirty coaches. One elevator was out of service and the second one didn't work so well. The pool water was disgusting at night. Very disappointed with my stay.

Overall, our 6 day experience was okay. We did have concerns about the cleanliness and the upkeep of facilities such as the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi. Also, our room cards had to be reactivated every day which was very inconvenient. The staff was nice enough.
