I don’t usually provide negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel has been terrible. The walls are dirty and peeling, the bathroom sink is falling apart, the toilet is running non-stop and I’m genuinely scared to sleep due to the thought of bugs, based on how run down the room is. Overall it’s not a relaxing or enjoyable stay.

Just a terrible smell all throughout the hotel. From the lobby, to the elevator, to the halls (the worst smell), to the actual room. All terrible but some how different smells. It gave me a headache. At night it was super noisy, as if there was a club in the hotel or something. The pictures look far better than the actual hotel. Do not recommend unless the prices are far cheaper and you can tolerate these issues.

We loved our stay at the Radisson Toronto Airport West. The hotel has a great view of Pearson Airport, so we spent an entire afternoon watching the airplanes take off and land. Also made use of the swimming pool, gym and other amenities. Well located hotel with super friendly staff!!

After 10 hours on a plane for a 3 hour flight that failed to land at our destination and returned us to Toronto. Desperate for accommodations, we selected this hotel as we assumed it was close by. After a 30 minute taxi ride we arrived at this hotel. The room was large and clean to an acceptable level. After a little time in the room the age and what would be assumed shoddy repairs over many years became clear. The bathroom while quite large had damaged tiles and the whirlpool tub looked to have been damaged and poorly maintained over many years. I have no idea if it even worked and has no interest in finding out. The shower worked poorly, not shutting off the flow to the shower head completely. The water temperature was lukewarm when we arrived and in the morning no hot water was available at all. The room was dated back to at least the early eighties if not further. It looks like what I assume Mar-A-Lago looks like. Dated, sad and poorly maintained. We decided to partake in the complimentary breakfast buffet only to be informed that there was a $15 per person charge for it. As we were hungry and not interested in taking the time to look elsewhere we paid the fee. To say the dried up fries, powered scrambled eggs and greasy bacon were sub par would be kind. The staff were polite and tried to be helpful.
