Hotel was very nice and seemed to be recently updated. Location was pretty good for many local hotspots. Little further walk for some things but not bad. Allen Park across the road is nice. Parking was convenient. Hotel price was very reasonable for the area.

Appreciated exceptional front desk, maintenance, housekeeping & kitchen staff, comfortable bed, cleanliness, mini-frig not filled with for sale items, traditional coat hangers, phone, coffeemaker, microwave, great shower & wifi, free hot coffee & tea in lobby Concerns were rain causing loss of tv reception, loud air conditioner, distance from main downtown sites, could use healthier breakfast options.

Worked well for our family.

We appreciated the staff honoring our request for a higher level room and the convenient underground self parking. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast area was spacious and well-stocked. The area surrounding the hotel was mostly nice, but not as safe-seeming when you got a few blocks further south and east.
