Within walking distance to Dundas square, a Loblaws supermarket, various dining options and public transportation. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was generous.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly. The only negative was the construction going on around the hotel. It was quite noisy early in the morning which can be a problem if you’re looking to sleep in.

The room was pleasantly large for an urban area. Would have liked a tub bath but shower was good. They cleaned my room when asked the next day. Very pleasant staff. Nice breakfast. Area was convenient. However be aware that if you walk down Jarvis toward king st west for CN tower etc you walk past some blocks of skid row and a homeless tent city. Very easy parking. Would stay again.

Quite pricey for what you get. Nice looking hotel, our room was somewhat renovated. We were not able to keep the blinds open because our view was the building under construction. No free wifi unless you sign up to became a member of the loyalty program.. which we were not interested! Parking at $45 a day to top it all!! In our opinion the reception staff could be a little bit more welcoming while checking in and out.

It is renovated, so the design is acceptable. Clean modern bathroom. Room clean but not pristine. But it looks like cheap materials in the renovation were used and some things are coming apart. In addition, some things were not remodeled: air conditioner is old and you could see quite some dust in its vents; on the other hand, it did work well. Parking is great on premises. Tall ceiling could accomodate small bag on top of Jeep. Breakfast correct but standard/average. Staff helpful.

There were no chairs or tables in the room, so guests could only sit on the bed. I went to the front desk to request a change, and a man said, "They are all the same rooms, do you want to change?"

When we 1st arrived to our room and looked out the window, we were staring at a brick wall. 10m later the front desk texted me ask how is everything. I asked for another room with a view, immediately he found some available rooms with a city view

Nada que decir de la infractuctura del lugar y del aseo todo muy limpio y ordenado Fallaron porque tienen la piscina cerrada siendo que es verano y su publicidad la muestran como si estuviera en funcionamiento. Ademas dice que ha lan español y ninguno de los recepcionista lo hace.
