Amazing price and comfort!

Amazing experience as a family. Easy check in/ out. Indoor parking included. The suite with 2 rooms was perfect for a family of 4. Ac was amazing considering it was a very hot weekend. The beds where extremely comfortable and it was easy to get more amenities if we needed to.

The room was spacious and a great value. We loved that the school was able to use the extra rooms when not occupied by student's.

No working AC, though the AC works in some lower floors. They are trying to fix from last two weeks- which could be just sham. This is probably a hostel for students which get converted to hotel in summers. They let you book the hotel and then they come with reasons of no working AC. The front desk is worst- no hospitality and no ability to find an alternative. They will just tell you to leave the property for their inability to resolve issues and also tell you to work with expedia to get your non-refundable cost back. On their defense its priced competitively, AC is a necessity on these hostels like accommodation with heat wave. I chose to stay with hotel with a working AC

Property was nice. Lots of parking space. Only prob was ac was down during our trip, they did provide us with fans though and we were notified beforehand. Overall, it was a great place to stay, close to everything.

The staff is helpful

Too bad that the whole building air conditioning was broken. The staff was very helpful that she offered to cancel our booking if we could not stand the heat.

The property was clean and the front desk available 24/7. However the ac broke down the day I checked un and I was there for 2 weeks with no AC. The windows were small to almost no existent and they let no wind in. I also had to demand that they give the fuest fans as the rooms were unbearably hot. It was only after day 2 of my stay that we were given fans. Additionally we were not even offered a discount for the lack of AC....instead we were politely told bare it or seek an alternative.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working for the building. They gave us each a fan, but there are only two tiny windows about a square foot each. We were informed in advance and decided to keep our reservation. Otherwise it was perfect for two unrelated people to share the suite for a night. Bedding and linens were clean and fresh, beds were comfortable, parking nearby.

There was no air conditioning, which we were told about when we checked in, but we were not told when the AC would be fixed, or just how hot the room would be. There was 3 of us and we could not sleep and had to shower multiple times daily with how hot the room was. All that was offered was a tiny circle fan and we couldn't even get more than one of them.

The AC was not working and the temperature in the room was 27 degrees Celsius so uncomfortably hot. They offered portable fans and notified me the day before arrival offering to cancel the reservation without penalty but my plans were made. Otherwise the room was impeccably clean as were the common areas. Very quiet and otherwise very comfortable.
