Very convenient for my trip to Oakville. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The gym was uncrowded and well equipped. Great place for a business traveller.

First time ever in a hotel where front desk staff hangs out in the office and not at the front. So you have to sit there and wait for them to finally realise there is a guest waiting to be admitted. Dont bother calling the front desk because they wont answer either. You have to go down on your pjs to make any sort of request.

Totally an amazing place to stay. The staff at the front desk were helpful, and amazing. Loved the bar and food served at the restaurant. The breakfast choice was really appreciated. Ao clean everywhere. Loved the pool too. Recommended to anyone going for a pleasant stay.

The suite was not clean even dusty. Not like when we came the previous visit unfortunately. And I called a day before asking about the pool is it warm or not, she said actually it is hot but in fact the water is cold! Not recommended for a friend to come.

In Ottawa it was suite in Toronto it was studio it was amazing the room has dishwasher and microwave, sink, and dinning ware, so good feeling, comfortable, and enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall decent experience. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. However, I have to give it 3 stars mainly due to the cleanliness of the room. While the bed was comfortable and the amenities were nice, the room could have been much cleaner. There were some noticeable spots that needed attention, and it felt like the housekeeping could have done a more thorough job. With a little improvement in this area, the hotel could easily earn a higher rating.
