Convenient shared kitchen and bathroom on 3rd floor. Great atra virtually on york university. AC was weak in my room vent since it had to pump a long way so on the hot side for sleeping

I do recommend it for sure it’s great
The place is huge very private spacious clean and nicely decorated great location and the thing that sets it apart from similar style hotels is that it really is very friendly and accommodating the host is very helpful and she has the kitchen and laundry setup on each floor with even basic supplies available like detergent salt pepper oil etc for short trip visitors so that they don’t have to worry about it

Beautiful spacious well maintained house with lots of amenities to make ur stay really comfortable convenient location and very private and you feel like home not a hotel you.
