Great stay, but pool waterslide not in service 😞

Overall, it was an excellent stay. One big disappointment was that the waterslide at the pool does not meet code and is not operable and this was the main reason we had booked this particular hotel. My kidoo was incredibly sad.

Very misleading. The whole reason i chose the hotel was so that my kids could go in the waterslide. I get there and they say the waterslide is closed today. I was shocked. So later i asked how long it had been closed for, apparently its been closed for years according to the staff member. Very disappointed as they use it to promote the hotel. Never going back. The room service was nkt good either took 2 hoirs and 3 phone calls just to get amenities to the room.

Ok, I stayed a few weeks ago and although my room was old I was told there were renovated rooms.. So this stay I sent an email two weeks prior asking for a renovated room and then I called a few days prior and spoke to a Lady about it. She said they would make a note.. I arrived at 10pm and sure enough, no renovated room. The Lady said oh, they didn't "lock it in" and that was that.. No water in the rooms.. That's a basic thing especially given you don't sell snacks and things in the lobby.. The Lobby bar and L & L's service is the only reason I will consider coming back. The food is ok but their service is excellent. I also enjoy watching the "Ladies of The Night" come and go.. Real classy!

A few reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Hotel has a very good shuttle bus service between the airport and hotel. From the airport it’s a short trip by train downtown.

We stayed for 2 days. The hotel is very nice, with a beautiful room and good air temperature control. The bed was slightly sunken, but the room was clean and comfortable. The pool water wasn’t very clean, and unfortunately, the jacuzzi was temporarily closed for maintenance during regular hours when we visited the pool area.
