First of all their Elevators were broken and was dead slow. I booked a room with rolling/ standing shower but they gave me a room with bathtub. I didnt like it . The carpet in the room was very sticky while walking on it

Unfortunately we got a room at the front of the hotel, right by highway 401 so it was very loud. Also, we waited for the shuttle at the airport and it passed by without stopping for us. We had to find our own way to the hotel

My stay was going to be a 3 star review. However i will give it 4 stars. Only because karen at the front desk dealt with my issue involving the zero air conditioning in my room 509. It was extremely hot all night , the ac did not work. The cleanliness was a 4.2. The pool was freezing and the slide was not operational, even though it would have been a great hit. Thank you karen for helping me.
