Spacious room with sitting room and kitchenette

The hotel room was spacious and very well equipped. The kitchenette has everything needed to prepare breakfast and more. The only thing missing is a mirror outside the bathroom so two people can get ready at the same time. Very comfortable sitting room and the restaurant onsite is good.

They have an issue with the shuttle not showing up. Then when you call and ask about it they say another 30 minutes after you've already waited 45. You decide to do what you previously done and take a taxi and have it reimbursed but they tell you that they wont reimburse you for it.

The only issues I had where one or two out of the 4-5 Jets on the Jacuzzi worked. Couldn't get the curtains to completely close up in the bedroom. A strip of trim on the countertop in the bathroom need to be re-glued. On checkout, they were willing to waive the Parking fee in which I thought was a little strange considering I paid for a room and probably the patriots of Moxies never paid for parking Other than that, the room was amazing

The experience was excellent. We arrived very early and they set us up with an early room right away. Airport Shuttle driver was very nice. Hotel restaurant (Moxies) is always good. Will definitely stay here again.

Always Our Go to Toronto Hotel

I have been staying at this hotel prior/post travel for a few years now, and I can’t recommend it enough. The rooms are spacious, comfortable (the beds and pillows are unmatched) and clean. Starbucks and Moxie’s on site with room service is a huge bonus. The location, parking and airport shuttle are seamless. However what I want to highlight is the service. Recently due to airline cancellation and delays, we were stuck in Toronto for 3 days longer than we had anticipated. Sandman was very accommodating and considerate with the unexpected extended stay. Highly recommend.
