This was our second time there and I felt like this time staff wasn’t the best. Our first time there when we checked in the gentleman offered us a drink and saw on our account that we were gold and instantly upgraded us, walked us to the elevator. Our last visit there was for two days and checked in the women didn’t offer us anything didn’t look at our account and I told her we were gold and she was like oh..I had to show her my phone and I also said we get a free drink and she was like oh okay…she seemed lost but the worst part was when we checked out the person said we owe parking and breakfast and we did not get breakfast. Someone charged their breakfast to our room. We were not happy and the person apologized and took it off our bill. We get home and I checked my emails and noticed we then got charged for the $80 breakfast that we did NOT get. So we walked away and got charged for it, that was not okay. Poor management. I don’t know if that was the servers fault or customers fault at breakfast but if you don’t get a signature to verify the room that it not okay. So we had to call the hotel and tell them to take the breakfast off our bill and give us our money back. That truly made us feel like not returning.
