Luxurious and quiet. Very clean property with lots of amenities. Large and spacious gym, the room was quiet and very comfortable. The concierge staff were very helpful and offered lots of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. You can walk to the Theater District and the Toronto sign from the hotel so there is a lot to do here. It was super cold, so we want to go back during the summer.

The hotel is quite nice. We received a small welcome bottle of wine and a slice of cake to honour my partners birthday. The room was quite clean although we did find a long hair in the bath. One of the tv’s didn’t work (but was fixed whilst we were there). The room was spacious and we enjoyed our trip. Be cautious about booking as a VIP property though as once again, upgrades were not complimentary for a Platinum Expedia member and could only happen if paid for. That said, I would definitely return in the future!

It’s a 4 star hotel at best

It’s not a luxurious hotel anymore. No valet for bag service at check out we just handed me my back and let me figure it out. No one to help with loading the bag in the car. Room service is slow and makes many mistakes. For breakfast in the morning they tell there is a wait time but the tables are empty.
