The hotel room is not soundproof, you can hear the bell every hours especially at night. For 3 nights we stayed there, I didn’t get sleep as you can hear the noises from the street and the bell every hour. Not sure if that’s the church bells. For 4 stars no complimentary coffees or tea you will find in the reception like Holiday inn or best western were coffee or tea is freely available. Breakfast is not buffet and dine in, but they have limited staffing. The other portion is the toiletries. The conditioner and shampoo are made for man smell. It smells like a man perfume oak smell. I think the hotel is overpriced. Location is good but not that great, it is still far walk to other restaurants or fast food around downtown Toronto.

Sheraton Centre Toronto is beautiful, modern, and fully equipped. Super central, perfect for exploring the city, and despite being in a touristy area, the prices are very reasonable. Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The atmosphere also encourages both work and socializing. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

It was a beautiful hotel, cleaner and staff were very pleasant, very well situated. Across the street from an affordable City of Toronto parking lot. The coffee shop was amazing. The half indoor & half outdoor pool was great as well with the bar.

The mattress was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. However above our room there was a loud noise almost 24/7 that sounded like a helicopter or air conditioning, which made falling asleep difficult at times. We were on the 17th floor. We had to wear earplugs to block the noise.

This is the first time we stay at this property, and I don’t think I’ll ever stay at another property again in Toronto except for this hotel!!! we loved every thing about it. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, there is a restaurant on the main floor but also had a to go area for those who want coffee and juices and food to take with them, the pool is absolutely beautiful and the gym had everything you needed. You can walk anywhere from this hotel and the staff are exceptional… a shout out to Marylynn at the reception!!!
