I so appreciated after an early morning up and of travelling the effort and patience the reception desk had for us. Even though check in is 3 the staff did their best to accommodate us as soon as possible. Forever grateful for their effort on our behalf. The restaurant staff were extremely busy. Not sure I got a warm fuzzy feeling from everyone but how could one truly expect that. They were polite and the food at Olio was very very good. I would definitely go back and stay. My only problem was no McDonald’s or a&w within walking distance for the late night snack cravings but the front desk does have a variety of snacks! lol Great place, great stay, highly recommended!

The entrance was welcoming and the pool was very fabulous with planes flying over us as we swam. The room had lots of space and ample towels were available. The bed and pillows are soooo comfy. The staff answered at guest services each time and were able to help us quickly with any needs. I hope to visit again longer so I can enjoy this wonderful hotel again.

The hotel was quiet, safe, convenient to local dining options, the airport and also to access to a train to downtown Toronto. The staff was all friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff, to the room service staff, to the shuttle staff, on down to the staff at the Olio restaurant housed in the hotel lobby. I was quite pleased with my stay! =)

It was well kept in the lobby, but room and bathroom cleanliness could be improved. What made up for the experience was the friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast could have been a plus, as well (if offered).

The hotel was in desperate need of refurbishment. The carpet wasnt even laid properly and had lumps in. Bathroom was tiny and not even close to enought towels. Room service menu was inadequate. Despite all this, the cost was high.
