The room was dirty from the first day, full of cockroaches that we reported and nothing was done until our departure ; and it's been 10 days since I still haven't received my security deposit. I called them to be told that they hadn't released my money. Bad service

Didn’t get towels. Bugs on bed. Smelled egg. The bed was not cleaned. Areas not cleaned and sanitized. Requested for a room change and there was no from desk staff to assist until 12 PM. Had to sleep in the dirty room and the bug bit us.

Worst experience in our lives

Room and staff all seem great at first, but then we noticed the AC was not working. We asked staff if they can look into it several times and no one came to service the AC. We left the hotel room and when we came back to our room late at night, there were roaches all over the suite. So many roaches in the kitchen area. It was quite traumatizing and disgusting. We quickly gathered our things and walked out of the room and told reception about the roaches and that we wanted to checkout and a refund. They didn’t apologize and proceeded to check us out. Needless to say we slept in our car since all hotels in the area were booked for the night. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

There was poop on my sheets and they did nothing they had all day from 9am to 7pm when i got back to fix the issue and no one even went in to change the sheets. Then when I received new ones those ones were stained as well.

Overall , the rooms are nice and comfy but when we stayed in room 115 the air conditioning didnt work and it was really hard to sleep. Then we got moved to 306. Then ater it got better

The room was spacious with lots of area to move around and sit. Good size kitchen, plus dining table and office type area. Beds were comfortable. The layout made it easy for the 3 of us to all have our own space to relax in and no shortage of space to sit. Location wise it worked well for us as it was a 3 minute car ride to bring our son to university. There is also a Starbucks right across the street which was nice. Despite this property being a fairly new build, things were looking rundown, especially the bathroom, which was also quite small. The mirror in the bathroom was the light up kind but did not work so very dim lighting in bathroom. Had to put my makeup on in front entrance which was better lit. The bathroom looked run down also with various things falling apart. The air conditioning did not really work either. The temperature when we got there was set high. We lowered it 5 degrees before bed and in the morning it had only gone down by 1 degree. The room was definitely too warm. Lastly, the room smelled like old cooking, probably from former guests.

There was no parking available when we arrived . Room wasnt clean with unclean bed sheets.. and okay washroom and some sort of drips and stuff on bed side. They didnt service apartments daily and even upon request tbeh did bare min of cleankng washroom and just makimg the bed.. they didnt cjange the bedsheets. We would have to awake from noisy construction on our floor which woild statt earlu morning. And the constuctjon was on the floor we were staying at (not an external consturctuon not in tjeor control)

Never again.

Service was quick until the receptionist almost put us in a room someone was already staying in. Room was dirty, cheaply made, very uncomfortable. The rooms were built right out of IKEA, which we know because the stickers were left on the wood. Toilet paper not put on toilet paper holder. Enough for one person to stay (ex. 1 towel, 1 face towel, 1 hand towel). The side tables had some type of residue on them, therefore they were clearly not wiped down. The parking lot was even worse. No parking, therefore people were parked along the curb of the building, making it difficult for cars to get by. Lastly, as we were trying to back out, a bunch of employees stood in the middle of the road watching 1 emloyee put stuff in a van, so we couldn’t get out.
