Great!

Absolutely lovely. Clean and fresh, everything worked well, good size apartment, nice and quiet with a lovely balcony, and so easy to access - the instructions were so clear to guide us in the first day, and the mobile key through the app was super easy to use. A great experience, will definitely be back.

For what it cost- go to a 4 star hotel! It is a condo building that is grouped together with other bldgs. No signage, and no assistance can be given. Have to take multiple elevators and walk a very long way to get to elevator and then again to unit. Poor room layout- super small and bedroom is created by sliding 2x doors together to separate from kitchen. Loud hallways with lots of dogs barking. Not worth the money and aggravation to get to room.

Good value, lots of room, clean and well managed. We had a 1 bedroom with a balcony that was a plus on warm days/nights. Good public transportation right in front and lots of services (grocery stores, restaurants, etc) in this cute Liberty Village location. Well equipped gym and the rooftop with a small pool is nice for lounging. Check-in and out was all done on their app and very easy. Always a quick response to questions via chat. This is now my go-to in Toronto!

The condo was clean, and the instructions provided were very clear. The time we spent there was very nice. We used the pool, which had a lovely view of Lake Ontario.

The door lock wouldn’t work. I had to re-try at least 7 time each time to get thru. The customer service was even worse. Didn’t fix the problem in time and there was nothing done to make the stay better

Great place to stay, lots of amenities. So much to do around you. Grocery store nearby is a real bonus. My only complaint was that the directions to get to the lobby of the building is very vague. More direction, like take the elevator up to 4L from street level would have been nice. Other than that the place was super clean, very spacious and overall a great place to stay.
