Our second stay here and met all expectations again. My only complaint would be that the hotel was packed with sports teams and their families making breakfast incredibly busy and loud. But the hotel handled it very well and opened up a “quiet room” to accommodate other diners. Every staff member was friendly and we will definitely book again.

Room with a wore out bed.

We liked the location, and place for the most part..but unfortunately the bed was completely clapped out. My girlfriend in the middle of the night ended up sleeping on the couch, it was that bad. And also, im quite sure, we were supposed to get a king bed, im pretty sure we did not. But the size wasn't an issue, just the wore out mattress.

We love the rooms, spacious with 2 bathrooms that makes getting ready as a family nice and easy. We also love the continental breakfast in the mornings, there is such a variety of food options including a hot line with eggs and sausage and hashbrowns. Only recommendation would be to have hand sanitizer available in the lobby/restaurant/bar area.

While the hotel itself was fine, there were some odd things about it. There was no interior stair access to the first floor. This made it a pain when trying to get to and from your room during the breakfast rush and during check-out time since you had to use the elevators. I've never seen this before and it was a big negative. The layout of the room was a little odd. Translucent bathroom and shower pocket doors? Interesting choice. Wifi only seemed to be available for reward members. The Homewood Suites across the parking lot would have been a better choice.
