Great location, walking distance to Rogers Centre CN tower, union station.
Billy bishop free airport shuttle bus pickup directly across the street was a plus.
Union Hotel is an ideal location for VIA Rail travelers. It is only a few steps away from Union Station and is very reasonably priced for a downtown hotel in Toronto.
Centrally located. Recently refurbished, rooms are small but well appointed with very comfortable bed. Common area on main floor very nice with lots of comfortable seating and cafe. All of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Stuff is very friendly and nice , entire hotel is super clean and organized 10/10.

Wanted to really enjoy this hotel.
Instagram marketing is what brought me
To stay at this hotel.
Interior design did a fabulous job- love
The way it looks!
Was there for the Mel Robbins show- signage hard to see the front of the hotel.
Cafe/bar area was okay-
In the evening the bar was closed for some reason- when I called down to concierge. Not sure why it was closed for the night.
Customer service was sub par. Nothing special.
Had breakfast the next morning and walked up to counter to order our breakfast. Thought there would have been a waiter/waitress.
Not sure I would come back.
Def would not pay anything over 250.00
A night at this hotel.
Great location of
Your
Looking for something closer
To front street and union station.
Booked this place before they were open and didn't know what to expect as it was significantly cheaper than near by hotels. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good price in a new hotel that is right downtown. We stayed in the swanky king and had lots of room and bathroom was large. Great restaurant in the lobby as well.
I had a lovely stay at Union Hotel. Lobby and structure of the hotel are great. Rooms are a little small but I live in NYC so nothing too crazy in comparison… All very clean and location was also ideal. Would definitely stay again!
Loved the boutique vibes of this hotel. Rooms are small but not too cramped. Very clean, the robes were nice and soft, the shampoo/conditioner smelled nice, and the water refill station was a nice touch. Staff were lovely and the cafe/restaurant downstairs is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
