Clean room, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, albeit a bit odd. Close to union station and scotiabank arena (go raps!) only thing is, if i was being picky, the room was very small but we did choose the kingsize bed. All in 4/5 for me

The room, amenities, staff and services were all good. I didn’t like the no parking nor directions on how to park vehicles, the shower passage of the room I stayed was too small, my partner was unable to go through it and didn’t get to shower before we left, lastly there was no microwave.

Great check-in experience; friendly, informative staff. Room is small but really nicely set up. Small desk and benches at end of beds very useful. Very clean. Bathroom is small but perfectly formed. Great shower. We had an issue with the night light; only figured how to turn it off the next morning, so it was on all night - on low. Beds a bit firm, but perhaps that's our 60+ age. good variety of pillows. Loved having the glass water bottle in the room to be able to fill and refill in hallway bottle filler. Nice to have a kettle in the room. Adding in a safe would be helpful. Vibe at the hotel skews young, especially in the restaurant in the lobby. Very busy lobby; seems very popular. We would stay again (now that we've figured out the night light).

Room was a good size and clean, bed comfortable Staff friendly. I am an elderly person and my only complaint was the “new technology”…how to even turn on the shower, lighting system, and use the TV. It took awhile and some playing around to get things to work.
