The hallways are dirty garbage around stairs the room I was in on the second floor was damaged and bathtub was about two-three inches off the floor hard to get out after showering. They move me to first floor it was better room no damage or no problems I think for this hotel isn’t a 5 star hotel it’s for homeless or low cost budget hotel

Had business in town I was in a room that was damaged and broken table and high bathtub hard to get out or in for people who have bad legs so they were very nice they moved me into another room on the main floor it was all good it that room

Just removing the cobwebs in front entrance would help and clean up the entry door. The staff were polite and helpful, the property is dated and average. Bed was comfortable and clean though. Not a bad place, but my first impression was because of the dirty entrance

The cleaning products that they use are so toxic. I asked to have another room prepared without using the chemicals and waited. When the room was ready, it smelled even more toxic. I had no choice but to sleep in the original room and I felt sick all night long. The windows didn't open so the only way I could try to air it out was opening the doors which was not safe. The toxic spray was all over the bed and the curtains. The staff was lovely but I would never stay there again. They should use environmental cleaners instead of toxic ones.

Worst stay of my 50 yeara of travelling, including 3rd world countries. Filthy, stank of 100 years of smoke, flimsy locks hole in the bathroom wall, some nice lo g red hair in the towels.it was disguating. I left with my daughters within 10 minutes tave my key back to feont deak who was not really helpful, just clueless about things being clean. Soap and water are cheap, laziness is costly .gross

Looks like the bathroom was upgraded but no hooks on the walls put up or even a lace ti hang clothes Lots of area in the room to add this for those that need to hang their clothes Bed was comfortable and room was clean loved that is had a microwave and fridge Staff was very friendly and accommodating
