Exceeded Expectations

The hotel looks newly-renovated. The room was great, with a comfortable king bed and a jetted tub. Breakfast was extensive and tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We'll stay here again.

The hotel room was clean and very nice overall. However the main issue was the breakfast buffet. I emphasize with the hotel staff as the breakfast setup is extremely limited in terms of real estate to accommodate all of the guests. Tried twice to get breakfast and both times they were out of almost everything including space to get the breakfast or the seating. Guests who were inconsiderate of others and loaded their plates, exhausting the available food contributed to the issue both times. I’ve stayed at other Super 8s and never had such a bad breakfast experience before.

Good for a quick stay.

It’s a bit outdated. The AC was working but no cool so we had a hard time sleeping at night cause it was hot and the AC was a bit far to our bed. We’re not given any suggestions after our complaint was not resolved. The complimentary breakfast was okay but had to wait 30 mins before getting in due to small and compact room. The bathroom was clean except the jetted tub, I saw some dirty spots. The front desk was very nice and helpful as I had a problem with my payment. Thanks

They have 5 floors of building but breakfast room not only enough for one floor. The craziest part is people asking for room number before entering to the breakfast .The breakfast serves from 7 to 10 am.. if you go at 8.30 or so- need to wait for 30 minutes in the line.. if you go after 9 am , you may get a chance to get items.. You can’t take breakfast out also out also.They take your room number to enter the FCFS basis but that too not guaranteed also.. The room keys doesn’t work.. Every day, need to goto front desk to get it checked and updated.. The rooms are clean and maintained well..

My family and I were going to Canada's Wonderland. The location was excellent!! They had a gas station conveniently in front of the hotel which was good one one point, but hindered the parking. The room was great! and quite. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was GOOD! The breakfast had eggs, sauage, good coffee, and a good variety of other options. For a Super 8, it was exceptional! Would recommend it highly!
