My only thing is that a lot of stuff was broken and the stairs were not clean at all. But the staff were wonderful and it’s pretty quiet.

Way overpriced for what it is. I wonder how the nightly rate compares to the rate people are paying to live here?? Staff here are wonderful. Comfortable bed which is mainly what I came for. Shower works okay, pressure is lacking, but drains properly. Dirty corners and walls in bathroom. Noise from residence was minimal and everyone was friendly. The place is in need of some upgrades, in my opinion. Overall, I'd say this place was not the worst I've stayed. 5/10

Older property, if you like those like i do, especially vintage wyndham properties, the 2 star heroes with microwaves and coffee makers. This is so far the o ly legit smoking room i have seen from nova scotia to vancouver so far. I could have paid less and been happier but overall, ill be back next time im in toronto, as long as they dont go the way of the days inn down the street. If you are the kindof guest to complain about every little thing go somewhere fancier. The staff was super nice, and the housekeepers unintrusive, and polite.

Have stayed here in the past and had no issues. On this occasion they gave me a smoking room when I asked for non-smoking. The daytime employee was rude. The night time employee on this stay and previous stay was very nice. On this occasion food found around the halls and stairwells of the property. Chicken bones in corridor and stairwell. It was seen by a staff member and never picked up or cleaned.
