The room was great! Clean!! The staff were great and I was impressed how they handled a “difficult” lady(demanding and rude). Outside close to the property was well kept up. Just surrounding area was unkept

Have stayed here in the past and had no issues. On this occasion they gave me a smoking room when I asked for non-smoking. The daytime employee was rude. The night time employee on this stay and previous stay was very nice. On this occasion food found around the halls and stairwells of the property. Chicken bones in corridor and stairwell. It was seen by a staff member and never picked up or cleaned.

The bwd was comfy. The gentlemen at the reception are were hospitable professional and understanding. They were helpful and patient when we ran i to difficulties with my bank card. The day I left there was another gentleman at the reception who excercised professionalism and latience with my situation. The cleaning ladies were good at communicating and were friendly.
