Our room was nice and clean, we had the king studio. It was very convenient that it had everything in the room (full fridge, plates, bowls, cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, stove, toaster.,etc) was great with having young kids. Bathroom was clean and nice as well. The pillows and the ac was our only complaint- we set our room at 65 and it was still pretty warm. We would stay here again.

Good location. Easy to get to wonderland the next day - room was clean and good layout. Bathroom nice and updated. Nice to have a Boston pizza attached and other restaurants nearby. One criticism is the design of the beds- the frame Stuck out and every single one of us smacked our shins on it lol. Ouch

The hotel was nice. It was simple. But nicely upgraded. Staff friendly. However that area is not appealing at all. It was like we were in another country to be honest. Felt very unsafe.

Room 206 beside exterior air conditioning machines were very noisy at night and the elevator as well made lots of noise during the night. The water pressure of the shower was not good at all. Towels provided for shower are too small, this coming from 2 women who are barely 5 feet tall. Restaurant service was too long for period of time that was considered quiet.

My room was pretty dirty upon check in - hair floating around the bathroom floor, mysterious grease spot on the nightstand - and it wasn't serviced until my third day at the hotel, so I think they may be understaffed in terms of cleaning crew. The hotel was also out of hot water for one day, and even after it was fixed the water only ever got to be warm, never hot hot. Front desk staff were nice though and there is convenient access to several bus lines
