Close to dinning. Staff was welcoming and great service. It’s mainly the area outside you get colourful characters and were many garbage bins by the restaurant next to the hotel. Made a bit unpleasant experience

This is not the advertised 4.9 rating on expedia. The property is runned down, rooms are dirty and smell of mold and feet. You can hear the next door rooms throught the walls and its overall in a very crowded area of Broadway. Its not a 4 star hotel, the condition of the hotel is deplorable and unacceptable. Surprised its considered part of Hyatt.

Ask for a room in high floor if you want to sleep

My room was located on 1st floor right next to the fan of the building a/c making significant noise all night. No sleep possible, not what you expect as repeat guest paying >$400 p/n.

Bed was comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. They give you earplugs because it’s a “busy” area but it’s really for the extremely old and loud AC. Staff were okay, their approach was a little too casual. they erroneously booked me in two single beds vs one double bed, not a single apology or attempt to make amends. It’s minor, but about the principle of the fact.

We were disappointed to find out upon arrival that the bar and restaurant would be closed for the whole day for a private event. Rooms are very nice though.
