The staff went above and beyond to celebrate our child's birthday. They were thoughtful and really paid attention to every detail to make us at home and to feel really celebrated. We cannot wait to go back! It's our favorite hotel by far.

Really cool hotel. Came for a night with my teenagers and got to teach them how to use a record player that was in the room. Loved the vibe of the hotel. Bathrooms are nice. I don’t have any complaints.

I loved the industrial design of the room, bed and pillows very comfortable. I was lucky and got a room with the best view of the CN tower that I enjoyed day and night looking out the large windows. Check in and out and contact with property manager was very easy. I loved the Grown Alchemist products and the top quality speaker to listen to my favorite music. The AC was kind of loud and there was a learning curve on how to adjust it. Recommend to bring flip flops as the bathroom with the toilet are connected in one space. The record player was not functional but a nice touch. There is no TV in the room but I did not mind. I would choose it again for my next visit to Toronto. Breakfast options at the adjacent coffee spot are not good (coffee is good). The bar is also very nice. There are tons of restaurants and amenities in walking distance. Loved my stay !

There’s a lack of interaction with clients makes it very cold and unwelcoming. Parking I got hit with 99$ for one night I think that was my first shock and everything went down from there. I won’t return I would stay with hotel with proper immunities and parking next time. If you are in the age of 20-40 this is for you. Bars and fast food all around

A good property to stay for a few days. No TV but record player with albums. We were out most of the time Iso only stayed in at night. Close to train station so easy to get around Toronto

I was wondering what rating to give because we experienced a service failure. I gave the excellent rating despite that because the front office staff were exceptional. That was seen during the check in where the front desk person was extremely friendly and also helpful in arranging parking. And it was also clear when we brought a noise issue to their notice. Even at 5 Star hotels, despite excellent facilities one often ends up disappointed with the way employees respond to critical incidents. Here, they were exceptionally good, in my experience.

Our second time to stay at the Annex Hotel. The staff was (and always) very friendly and responsive. There is construction closeby but we were warned ahead of time. The door lock wasn’t working at first but they fixed it right away. Only negative comment would be that the room was a little but dusty. Overall a great stay. Will definitely come back again.
