The cleaning was skipping corners. there was still shavings in the crack between the sink and counter that came out when I was using it. It had a big bottle of soap that still had hair under the cap stuck in the soap... They meet you at the building next door and wont come in the building to show you where to go. I think this is no a legal airBnB. Then you just leave the key on the counter and leave the door unlocked when you leave. If someone else walks in and steals or wrecks the place, I can be liable.

Eventhough the building and unit were beautiful, the bed/bedding/pillows were pretty uncomfortable and the bathroom amenities/towels were lacking.

Worst experience. they were utterly unprofessional

This was our worst experience. First they move us to an apartment which was just like garbage than they transferred us to another apartment which was also low maintained with lot of problem. When complaint the problems they said they would refund us 50% but after our stay they always said the accounts is working. Infact they were cheaters. Please never book with them.

When we checked in, there was poop in the toilet. The mirrors and glass were broken and the floor was broken. One of the closet doors was completely missing and the door to the washing machine was jammed so it couldn't be opened.

I loved the location and the views. The unit was a great size as well. It felt like a home right away. I didnt like how things like some lights where out and some blinds where missing. I wish you had a place to hold luggage after we check out at 11.

Honestly this shouldn’t be on hotels.com. This is someone’s condo they are renting out. We had to meet someone at a different location to get keys & put a deposit down on a third party site (which I did get back). It was overall a good stay but this seems like an Airbnb.

I think the best you can find for its price was the location in downtown toronto, very clean, very stylish and very nice apartment. Thank you very much for everything. Excellent location and great view

The place lived up to its promise. The location is excellent, offering a pleasant view. However, there were a few loose wooden floor pieces that didn’t bother us much, but they could pose a potential fall hazard.
