I am not impressed. Some of the old suites are very old and have uncomfortable noisy beds. Unless I get moved to newly renovated suites, I will never stay at Fairmont.

Our room was spic and span with a fabulous view of the CN Tower. The lobby was as impressive as I remember from previous visits, and all staff with whom we interacted were extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. We did have some trouble with the water temperature in our bathroom being overly hot and unable to make it colder, plus the bathtub drain wasnt working the best. Apart from those small issues, we had a 5 star stay.
