After staying here, I can tell why this is the most popular hotel in Toronto. The facility is amazing, especially one of historic proportions. The staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food is really good (extra cost are required if you want to eat here). There is lots of shopping areas and it is located right beside union station, which is very convenient for travellers.

Great location when arriving or departing by train. The Granger luxury hotel. Staff are most attentive. You should be able to enter the hotel by the main entrance if you are handicapped and not have to go around to a side door.

Historic property, rooms are well appointed and clean. The property is huge, though; checking in on the weekend was wild because there were so many people, and the front desk was staffed entirely. It felt like you were checking in at a Vegas hotel. It was just a busy weekend. Regarding location, you can't get any better; it was a bit difficult to get room service on the phone. I wanted to get breakfast, but there was no answer. Love the Le Labo in the bathrooms. Because the hotel is an icon in Toronto it's also impossible to ever get a drink at the clock bar.
