From beginning to end, the experience was extraordinary. Andre Kelly assisted with our reservation, as novice, he made the entire process seamless and truly set the bar before we even step foot in the hotel. I was planning a surprise proposal and the staff worked flawlessly together to help make this dream come true. The experience was amazing and unforgettable. I loved my stay, although I wish I had requested a memory foam pillow from the pillow menu (forgot). We were upgraded to balcony room without even asking for it! The staff was very warm and friendly! The only thing that I didn’t like was the shampoo and conditioner , which though L’Occitane, weren’t of very good quality.
