Loved the size of the room. Very quiet, soundproofing between rooms is excellent. Staff very friendly. Good location for public transport. Can easily walk to Eatin Centre, Union Station and CN Tower.

No Free Wi-Fi ruins it for those from elsewhere.

A good hotel with great heritage but in this day and age the lack of included WiFi is basically unforgivable especially for those travelling from elsewhere when data plans are often limited and every MB counts. The actual WiFi plans in the hotel are extortionate as well. For travellers not from Canada I'd avoid if possible. The room was decent and breakfast solid. Decent position if you need to be close to union Station too, but little details like the WiFi ruin it

Somewhat dissapointing that absolutely nothing is included in the room price (including wifi). Our AC unit was also incredibly loud and would turn on/off every 15 minutes, preventing me from sleeping.

First of all, I’d like to thank the receptionist for helping me adjust my room. It really made my stay much comfortable and having six elevators was really convenient. The only negative thing is that the pillows were too soft for me. It would be much better if the hotel could offer both soft and firm options, since I didn’t sleep very well on the soft ones.
