It is a beautiful hotel! The beds were comfortable and the deluxe queen room was spacious for a girls weekend away. The restaurant has great Yorkshire bites that you need to try! The waitress and chef even made them a few minutes earlier than the happy hour to accommodate our timing.

I absolutely loved the first concierge who checked us in, he was one of the desk managers he mentioned. The hotel itself was gorgeous though we had a party that was booked the floor above us and we pre-booked this room, it was loud enough we heard it until we hours in the morning. Thankfully we stayed for two nights and our cleaning lady was so sweet and so lovely to chat to, it made up for it!

Wonderful hotel! We stayed for 11 nights over Christmas / New Year and couldn't fault it. Our room was very spacious and clean and the hotel restaurant / bar had lots of choice and great food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and it is ideally located to explore Toronto. We also booked a very enjoyable trip to Niagara Falls through the hotel concierge who made sure everything went smoothly despite us booking at the last minute. Highly recommend!
