Expected more from this level of hotel. Room air conditioning didn't work well. Location wasn't ideal for families. We didn't use pool gym or take advantage of any of the services like the butler service. Was a fine hotel, just had hoped for more.

The staff at the St. Regis was exceptionally nice and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. The hotel is in an area convenient to all major activities downtown. We walked to all restaurants and hot spots. The food was excellent and wait staff was exceptionally attentive. The pool and fitness area were exceptional for a hotel. We were frustrated with the air flow in our suite. The main sleeping area was stuffy at night and ran warm no matter how low we set the thermostat. We loved our 3-nights at the St Regis and would recommend it for anyone looking for a special experience.
