We had a more expensive hotel booked for this date in downtown Toronto as we were going to see the Blue Jays game and the morning of our trip the Hotel canceled, so it was a last minute find and it was exceptional! Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable beds, clean room, free parking, lovely location with lots of dining nearby. No breakfast available in the hotel, fair bit of noise from the street until midnight, hot water was spotty one morning.

Nice hotel in a great area.

All the hotel staff were always very helpful and polite. The interior was a little dated but always very clean. Our balcony door did not lock but the maintenance guy came up with an adequate solution. There is a coffee machine in the room and it was replenished daily. And the room was always made spotlessly clean by the maid every day. This hotels main plus point is the area it is in. Port Credit is a very nice little town with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and a lovely marina. It is also only about a 15min walk from a train station to get to Toronto in about 25min. All the public transport seems to use a tap on/tap off system with a debit card. I would definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

very walkable community, lots of restaurants, overlooks a marina with lovely walking path and places to put in a kayak. kitchens were sparsely supplied, but they were happy to bring whatever we requested. We haven't had a washer dryer.

Liked the bedroom separate from living area. Liked full size appliances, except the european combined qasher/dryer. There was no operation instructionshad microwave and dishwasherq instructions), when ee tried to use washer kept on going and did not spin out water. Dryer never seemed to start and we had to hang up dripping clothes that did not dry. Maintenance and housekeeping could not figure out either. Otherwise the room was great. Great views of lake and marina.

Great location with lots of variety restaurants. Unfortunately very poor service. I asked for coffee cups, the lady brought me dirty cups. Picture is attached.

The location of this hotel is great. Being right across the street from the lake with easy walks to lakefront parks and restaurants, but the hotel itself is tired and lacks amenities. Our room had a wonderful balcony, but no furniture on it to sit out there and enjoy. There was a coffee maker in the room, but only powdered creamer, no real cream; no little shop to get juice or snacks. I never saw a vending machine. Hallways had that stale smoke smell like the carpeting hadn't been cleaned since smoking was allowed. No shuttle to airport.
