Staff and location great, but lacked cleanliness. Old building which is fair, but glasses in the room were filthy with lip marks and unusable. Towels had a weird odor, almost as if vinegar is used a washing solution and not rinsed properly. Shower had some hair from previous guests and our toiletries (shampoo & conditioner) were empty - they are bolted to the wall so we had to call to get refills.

Very easy to get to from Union Station. Beautiful water views. Lovely waterfront to explore. Staff were lovely. Bed was comfortable. Shower was excellent. There was a chemical smell upon entering the room (cleaning product?) For me it dissipated, but for my husband who is scent sensitive, it caused a headache. This is the only issue that stopped me from giving 5 stars.

There’s nothing negative I can say about this stay. We had everything we neeeded , we were able to check in earlier, hotel was clean, bed was the most comfortable, I felt very luxurious with this hotel. The view was incredible. Pool was so nice and large, filtered water in the room. It was just really lovely stay and felt like a treat for my daughter and I to stay at. Location was also close to everything we needed. No complaints at all.
