This hotel made our trip to Toronto for the Eras Tour even better than we expected! The whole hotel turned into an Eras Tour celebration. Highly recommend!

I would like at minimum 1/2 my money back. They advertised a 2 bedroom apartment. When we got there someone else was in the room. We got the other “room” which was just a bed w 1/2 accordion door closing off the space. Barely felt comfortable leaving my things there as we had no private space. Thankfully the other guests were nice people. Neither myself or the other guests knew other people would be in the room.
