Bedbugs !

Our room was infested with bedbugs which resulted in me being bitten. I still have itchy raised areas on my arms and legs after being bitten. The room was very tired with old worn carpet. The bathroom was very tiny and not accessible for handicapped person. We were also told parking was free for guests and yet we were charged. I believe that a refund is due as a result of my horrible experience.

The location is too far from transit stop. It's on a sloped road. The room we were staying in was too close to the parking lot where people smoke and talk which can be heard. There should be a designated area for smoking that is not close to the rooms. Smoking areas should be monitored so as they are not permitted after a certain time. Some rooms are too close to the elevators. Noise can be heard from the rooms.

I called in advance to ask if I could check in early and was advised that I could at an additional cost of $40. This was important to me as I didn't want to leave expensive camera gear in my car while I was at a convention. When I checked in, the receptionist was a little rude and my friends commented on her not being very friendly after the interaction. Given that this was the only interaction with staff, it left an unfortunate bad first impression. The hotel is a little dated with long, dark hallways, dimly lit and with low ceilings. The television in the room didn't have a way to cast so I was stuck watching whatever cable package they had. The bathroom was clean, had good space to move around, but the bath tub literally sank when you stepped on certain spots which was disconcerting. The rooms were clean, comfortable enough, and they have a little patio which overlooked the glass dome area with the indoor pool. We chose not to use the pool during our stay because there was a weird smell but it did look nice. We ubered to events and restaurants and got everywhere for under $20 so it's close enough to amenities. I would say to disabled people to be aware that there are ramps and chair lifts around the entrance but you'd probably be better staying in a newer more accessible-friendly hotels..Ultimately, it wasn't the worst hotel ever but I am sure it could use some updates and friendlier greeting staff.

We chose this hotel because of its convenient location close to all the amenities, and it did not disappoint! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was the pool—it was exceptionally clean and provided a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
