Cable TV not good. I had a connecting room. Door was not shut. Had to shut it and lock it. Patio door unlocked. Found a sock under the bed ruffle. Enjoyed the pool, gym, laundry room. Still a nice stay as always. I will stay here in the future.

Everything was good. I think that when people are there that room service should NOT be pickup. I was very tired and my husband was disabled. I had to specially request our dinner be delivered to the room and even with a $10 tip it was obvious we were an inconvenience.

We stay every three months and usually all is well. We upgraded the room this time and our patio door latch was broken so it wouldn't lock and we had no hot water even after letting the water run and both of us having cold showers. We complained as we checked out and the lady said she would leave a note on our file. We still haven't heard back from hotel. We paid more and got less....unacceptable. Please contact us!!!!!

It was okay. Two things no microwave in the room and they will charge over $12 for parking plus tax. So keep that in mind when comparing pricing. It’s not well advertised.

The service from reception was fast, helpful and efficient. There was ample parking $12 per day. The location off the DVP was great for what we needed. The beds are true doubles and not very big. The king size room was better and had heated flooring in the bathroom. There was a consistent carpet smell throughout the floor and in one of our rooms, possible food/other. Some items seemed old and worn, this hotel could use some updates. Met our basic needs but would choose only if we had something to attend nearby.
