The hotel is very modern. The location is great. Access to the subway and a myriad of restaurants made this hotel a winner. The open bathroom takes some getting used to.

I had a fantastic stay at the W Hotel in Toronto. The property is sleek and stylish, with a modern design that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Beautiful room with comfortable bed and furniture. Gorgeous lighting and nice shower. Friendly staff. Hotel is still under interior renovations, new bars and restaurants being built. Only one restaurant/bar. No pool/hot tub. Room service was unavailable after midnight, despite front staff saying it was available 24/7. Website glitch, possibly.

We stayed there to celebrate an anniversary. The city view was great at night. The room was so spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. They surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of prosecco, ballons and rose petals all complimentary! I found the room to be spundproof except if someome was passong by your door talking. Would highly recomment this stay. Be aware that there is no pool if thats important to you. Also, the coffee shop and resteraumt and skylight bar were all cllsed due to removations, which wasnt stated whem I booked. No bother. Lots of options im walking distamce.

Hotel was beautiful and the entire staff is amazing. Only thing is I wouldn’t recommend staying with people unless you’re extremely comfortable with them because there is no bathroom privacy or anywhere to change clothes in private.
